Love Brent's Lavender Milk, Tranquil Spa, Ocean Rock, Pretty in Pink, Endless Love, Harvest Spice, Cinnamon Bread Pudding, Honeydew & Summer Berries, Fruit Slices, Lemon Cheese Cake, Cinnamon Cider, Cinnamon Stick, Gingerbread Applesauce, Grandma's Kitchen, Hot Apple Cider, Lavish Laundry, Pina Colada, Pomegranante, Tangerine Dreams and finally True Lavender that is all I can't think of right now.   7. I too use the celestial colors and I always add a tablespoon of distilled water to the dye before adding it to the soap batter. Barbara
  8. I like for mine to cure atleast 2 weeks. I use the plastic shoe boxes from Wal-mart .97 cents each make sure they have a PP5 number on the bottom of the box. Barbara
  9. To me this looks like a 40 oz recipe so take the ounces and divide by 40 to equal the percentages 18 divide by 40 = 12 divide by 40= 6 divide by 40= 4 divide by 40 = HTH Barbara

  12. I use KY's Tart/Votive wax it is designed to stick to the paper liners or it also comes out easy release from the tart molds. Barbara
  13. This is what I did and I probably couldn't do it again. I made this in the crockpot. I used powdered soymilk instead of powdered goatsmilk I mixed some TD in with my powdered Soymilk just in case it turned yellow. After cooking for about 40 minutes I did not see a vaseline stage it just turned like mashed potatoes and I checked it with the thermometer and it was over 200 degrees pulled it out and mixed the soymilk in there. I made two different colors so I had about 1/2 cup of each dropped in 5 different places and with the other color I dropped in between folded about 4 times then swirled around in circles about 4 times and then made about 5 waves across the pot I think the waves broke everything up which made it look like marble. Okay someone else needs to try this and see how it works. Barbara

  15. This is my first HP soap made today thanks to Soapfreak for showing me how when she came to my house after the Holidays. This is my own scent made with Lavender Milk from Tennessee Candle a Touch of Baby Powder scent from Peaks and a touch of Downey Clean Breeze from Nature's Garden. I am calling this Lavish Laundry Thanks for Looking!!

  17. JoAnn I cut the top off mine about where the jug starts to curve and when I get finished using it I put a 2 gallon Ziplock bag over it and seal the bag. Barbara

  19. Those look really good my first batch was too lye heavy because I didn't understand about the ounces of oils and water to equal 32 ounces. But your are very pretty!!! Barbara
  20. We used a Celestial color Raspberry and a Neon Pink Oxide in the Black Raspberry Vanilla. In the Sweet Orange and Chili Pepper we used Celestial Colors we mixed Cherry and Sunshine yellow to get the orange and used Celestial Burgundy with a couple of drops of the cherry we tried to get the color of a pepper red.   21. A special Thank You to Soapfreak she is such a special friend that I met a few months ago. We had the best time over the Holidays making soap, Body Butters, and Lotions Sticks. I made her some tarts and Candles too. This is the Black Raspberry Vanilla she made me and also Sweet Orange and Chili Pepper can you see the faces in the Sweet Orange and Chili Pepper soap? I feel so privileged to have a great friend to come to my house to show me some swirling tips. Thanks Kristy!!!
