I used CS pumpkin pie and their lavender and they went really well together. :-)
-
I use it at shows on my iPad!!!

Thanks Scented! You know everything. I love it when you respond to post!

I hope the craze is still going on because I have one all around bakery scent and the rest are woodsy, fruity, herbal, floral, earthy, and fresh. Oh and holiday too! But anyway just was reading the other posts and I'm not a foodie scent person but if people want those I will sell them. :-)
-
I hope they don't but I wouldn't be surprised if they do.

Maybe this question should be in a separate thread but are there other FO suppliers that have unique scents like MoonWorks? As much as biscotti and sugar cookie sell I get tired of always seeing those type of scents. I really gravitate towards the unusual even if I don't sell them I'd still like to make them and burn them myself. Hope some of you know of another type place similar to MoonWorks. TIA! :-)

I use both of these supplies on a regular basis. I just ordered wax from Lonestar and had it within 2 days.
It sounds like your computer may be having some issues....
Did you try calling Lonestar or Peak? I am certain that had they been notified of the issue they would have been more than happy to assist you.
I second that! I just called LS the other day to say I was missing 2 jars out of my order and Veronica shipped them out the same day.

How come they don't carry Fairy Garden, Gaia, Harvest Moon, Earthen Oak etc. Did they become unpopular? I'd really have liked to try those. Oh well :-(

I like the Newspring Ellipso brand better. To me, they seem to be a more sturdy construction and the lids fit tighter. I use the 1 ounce size since they will fit in the smaller warmer bowls. The 2 ounce size would be great for the 2-in-1 warmers you get from Candlemakers or OBI.
Keep a look out in the Co-Op section. The portion cups seem to be a popular item for that. Webstaurant has a great price but shipping is pretty high. With the co-op you don't have to buy a full case and the shipping costs are shared.
Jack, I know you're in Georgia so take a wander through Garden Ridge. In the party/catering section they carry bags of 25 or 50 of the round Dart cups. I think they are the 2 ounce. They are more expensive per each than online, but it would give you a chance to work with them before ordering a large amount. I believe Costco has them too. If you would like to compare to the oval Ellipso, I can send you some of those as well. I'm in the area so postage should be minimal. Just PM if interested.

Thanks PMM! You are so sweet to offer. I will think about it and let you know. I will definitely checking Garden Ridge and see what they have. Right now I have several breakaway melts that I need to sell so they will have to go first. :-)

I've not tried any of MW FO but alot of them would go great at a Renaissance Festival.

I wish MK still carried all the FO you guys talked about. I would buy them all. They sound so good! They don't really carry much anymore. Anyone one why?
-
Thanks so much! Always wanted to know where to gets some of these. Do you guys sell alot of these?
-
Those all sound really good. Thanks!
Still wanting to find a mountain wildflower type scent. Hoping someone may have an idea.
NG has a FO called organic wildflower. It just took a sec to look up. You should go to there website. They have a search bar there. HTH. :-)

CT so far is very good! will give you all an update on HT plus pics after I let it cure for a few days. :-)

I saw this in another thread and someone suggested using 2 parts pumpkin and 1 part lavender. I did this with q-tips in a baggie as a test. Used CS scents. Kinda nice. Different. Maybe better in wax.

Really pretty! Love the natural green hue.

I just saw this lady on YouTube making pumpkin lavender cp soap. She said she just mixed the two together. Has anyone tried this combo before? I thought it sounded really interesting and I may try it out soon. I have a sample FO of pumpkin pie spice and lavender from CS. Or should I try to use a fresh pumpkin scent and not a pumpkin pie scent? Anyway give me your thoughts if you think it will be a good combo or bad or if you have made this scent combo before.

Log cabin from NG
Flannel sheets from AH
Crackling birch from NG
That's just off the top of my head
NG has a lot of mountain air/ flower type scents. You should go there for sure and check them out.

Would love to see a picture, I've been testing 464 with an 8 oz apothecary (4 inch diameter) and am double wicking with CD5s. The Autumn Pear sounds interesting too.
Thats one of the reasons why I'm testing with the CD-6 wicks was because of your thread.
-
Oooh that sounds like a really good one. I'm interested in how it turns out. I'm testing Blue Cotton Candy today.
Yum! That sound good too! Reminds me of going to the Halloween carnivals. :-)

Hi guys! Just wanted to share that I am filling orders today but also testing a new FO called Autumn Pear from LOnestar. Using 464 with a 10oz apothecary jar and two CD-6 wicks and no color. I'll let you know how that CT and HT do. I'll try to take some pics to post too. Have a great day!

Have you tried Ecosoya Xcel? I don't see many people talking about this one on this board. I'm using it in a blend for my wax melts and I really like it. Great scent throw so far and just a tiny tiny hint of frosting. I'm not using wicks though, so that may make a big difference.
I've used excel before and it does have a good HT and CT but I think 464 has a lot better. I just pour at a low temp and I get decent tops. I think some people believe it is real soy that way or even expect that. Just from my experience and comments.

Has anyone tried Elements new MP colorants? I use them as a supplier and I'm still deciding on which supplier I want to get my MP soap colorants from or at least most of them. So it would be great to get them from Elements since I already get other supplies there too.
If anyone has used these give us a review please! Thanks!
