  4. Thanks again everyone, your all so sweet. The roses are from a mold i got at candlesforalloccasions, under moonstruck molds and its the rose fantacy mold. I neaver could have gotten it to look so real until Janet made me some lace for the cakes. The lace also looks great just wrapped around a pillar for design to. Lin
  5. The website is www.creativegemsmolds.com , but give janet a couple days to start putting the molds on as i kind of rushed the picture ahead of her. Thanks again for all the nice responses as its nice to hear. Lin
  6. Michi she chose red and yellow thinking of a peace rose and wouldnt listen to me that that rose is yellow with a pinkish color on the edges. She hates pink so wanted the red, but she didnt listen until she saw it herself. Mtngrl i didnt invent the floating taper candle, i bought it that way. I got the first one from big lots and then searching wedding things came across the same holder as a wedding centerpiece. It burns very nice to as the candle keeps floating up while it burns. I neaver heard of floating tapers either until i found this and thats why i bought it as its different, and i like things that everyone dosent have. The tapers burned all the way down when i tested it and leaves just a little inch of candle at the bottom before the water gets to it. Lin
  7. Very pretty , you did a nice job and cant wait to see it after its dipped. Well i hate to admit it but i was one who tried it and my balloon broke in the pot of wax and water went every where, lol. What a pain getting the water out of the wax. It was my own faught though as i was doing it in a rush, lol. :laugh2:Guess ill wait awhile to try again. Lin

  24. I think its very pretty to and have found out first hand its not easy so god bless your talents. Its not as fancy as the others but everyone likes something different. I think some of them can just be to much at times to. I think your doing a great job since theres not much help out there to learn this. Like everything you will speed up in time, as the more you do the faster your get. Your wax is very white and shinney, looks great. What wax are you useing, and what did you use to make it so nice and white? Your doing wonderful work so keep them coming. Lin
  25. Anyone know where i could find a balloon mold to put on a pillar like this? Lin
