  1. Walmart also has the little baggies in the craft section of most stores
  2. Thanks for the addy, Stella. I received an email from John at EA candle supply. He stated that he was unaware that the Cargill C1 contained 20% palm. Guess I will try to email Cargill. Thanks again,Stella. Your an angel.
  3. Please either post or shoot me an email. Things are hectic for me this week, so you will probably talk to them before I will. I just want to find out if the C1 has palm or is all soy.

  5. Does anyone know of an email addy for Naturewax. Their site gives a contact to have a sales rep call you. I just want a ? answered. Not looking to wholesale the stuff.
  6. Hi Sweetscents, Now, I am confused. earlyamerican candles and cajun refer to the C1 as "SOY". gen wax has a C1 that they consider "NEW as 80% soy 20% palm. EA refers to their C1 as Naturewax. I would assume the other 2 from cajun and gen wax are Naturewax products as well, since they carry the C1 name. Anyone have a clue???
  7. Thanks so much for doing this, Wendy. My box arrived today. The VBN is by far the BEST! Loving the Winter candy apples too.
  8. Hi! Can someone please PM me Wendy's email or a way to get in touch with her. I would like try her VBN the next time she does a prebuy? Lost her info when my email crashed:mad: . Thanks!!
  9. That is exactly the point I was trying to make KandleKrazy. Hopefully the suppliers will see this.
  10. I have to agree with alot of the above posts. IMO if a supplier is selling straight GB415, C-1 , etc than just state that they carry that. The supplier may lose some biz, do to the fact that no one wants to retest the same wax. They on the other hand, will gain alot of repeat biz, due to the fact that alot of candlers are close to them, use that brand and will buy their 415, C-1, etc. from them. Really, with all the peeps that state for instance, BC ezsoy is GB 415, why don't these suppliers just state this,if indeed it is true. Now if a suppliers wax is a proprietory blend, well then state that fact as well. O.K. Off my soap box now!
  11. Hi! Stephanie, Do a search, alot of peeps like the IGI 4794 wax. I have never used this wax, but if memory serves me, it is used for votives and tarts, where the OK6228/1 can be used for pillars as well. That may be a deciding factor on the wax for you. Early American Candle Supply and Tri state have the 6228/1. Morris wax(dpswax) also has it on sale right now, but they are in IL. www.earlyamericancandlesupplies.com http://www.dpswax.com/sales/Sale_July2007.pdf http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=ok6228%2F1+wax&btnG=Google+Search
  12. Yuck! Doesn't seem normal to me. I have both of those waxes. They are each at least 6 mo. old. The 6006 is stored in plastic in the flat rate box it was mailed in. The 70/30 is in a rubber made. Never had that happen with any wax. Even my J223 is fine and I have the last few slabs stored in the plastic it came in. These are in my spare bedroom. Since you stated the area was cool and dry, I would est. it would not be from humidity in the air. Maybe water/ too much moisture in the wax itself.
  13. That looks like a salsa jar. Maybe google salsa jars. You could also check any restaurant supply/ glass manufactures in your area.
