  4. Does anyone know what happened to Grand Scentral Station? I just went looking and can't seem to find it.
  5. I emailed Nachelle at Peak once to ask about international shipping and she said it was no problem. Just send them an email, they really are nice people.
  6. I have some of the IKEA ice cube trays and a few other flexible ones and I've never had a problem with anything sticking in them. I clean them by pouring just boiled water over them, makes them like new again, but be carefull when pouring
  7. Those are cute, I like the slight contrast between the colours. And yes, it does look like you did your repour a little bit too soon
  8. I buy all my fo's from the US. There are some great suppliers that ship over here. The Candle Source and Indiana Candle Supplies are 2 of the best for overseas shipping. Plus their oils are great! You will get charged import tax on anything over the value of £18, so just try to keep below that and you shouldn't have a problem there. You could also try looking in the classifieds here. I've dealt with some great people who have no proplem with shipping internationally.
  9. Those are really cute. Love the layers.
  10. Melt your wax add fo and colour and pour into molds
  11. I really like that, simple yet classy.
  12. I haven't found many suppliers over here but here are a few that I have found.. www.fullmoons-cauldron.co.uk www.candlemakers.co.uk www.thorne.co.uk they do beekeeping but do have some candlemaking things. www.poth-hille.co.uk Just a wax supplier. They emailed me a price list, just pm me if you want to see it. www.soapbasics.co.uk Alan at candleicious is really nice and his wax is well priced. You could also look on ebay for a few things.
  13. Those are very pretty colours and a nice rustic.
  14. I love those, especially the colours :smiley2:
  15. You have to wait until the first layer is set enough so that it wont melt when you pour the next layer, but not too long so that you end up with ridges between the two layers. Oh, and pour each layer 10 degrees hotter than the last
  16. Those birthday candles look really neat.
  17. Thanks everyone. jenkindred, you just push down on the edges of the wax with a spoon.
