    I love Tri-State. They have great FO's and fabulous customer service. Their Creme Brule is the bomb! 99% of the FOs I've tried from them and have been super throwers in my blend.

    It sounds like you should try a blend. Quite a few of the suppliers now carry their own 70/30 blend. Or, you could mix your own 50/50. I've heard good things about Greenleafs. Now, TCS just got their own. You should get samples and test, test, test!

    Wow. If you have asthma, I would certainly question candlemaking. If you decide to continue making candles, you best pick up a kick butt respirator type mask. Seriously, if you thought you were going to die, I would assume you'd get your butt to the ER ASAP. You wouldn't be here, posting on a message board. Then again, people do things that make no sense to me. None of us should be giving you medical advice, no matter what. One other thing. You may want to retract your statement. Talk like that will get you kicked to the curb real fast.

    You are kidding, right? Why would a supplier tell you where they get their goodies? LOL

    Wow. They are out of more than the last time I looked. Sad to say, but companies like this won't get my business. Who knows when/if they will have what you need? Makes a person wonder if they too are hanging it up.

    Anything that is in stock! That was not a slam, promise. Last time I looked at their site, they were OOS on more than 1/2 of their FO's. I really want to try their buttercream, but it seems when that one is in stock, the others I would like to try are out.

    Back in my early days of candlemaking, I warmed my jars, once. For me and I say for me so no one takes this personally, there is absolutely no difference with not warming the jars. Even if it did make a difference, there is no way I'd spend time doing that. No way, no how. If your application gives you wet spots, embrace them! 99.9% of the population doesn't know what they are, nor do they give a rats rump! They just want a great smelling candle and one that throws all over da place!

    This is as silly as warming your jars, imho. The scent is not going anywhere if you wait until the candle is completely set up and completely cooled.

    I like the cinnamon scents, but they don't like me! I itch like crazy, mainly on my face. Lavender makes me want to throw up.

    Vickey has some awesome scents. She has a great nose! And she is a sweetheart with great customer service.     Tri-State vote from me. Drinkable stuff! I don't like the caramel, butterscotch thing, so Tri-States is the one for me. It is just rich and fabulous!

    Have fun with your JS oils. I have quite a few of her scents that work great for me. In fact, I made a few pillars over a year ago and I still don't light them, they smell strong still.
