I think I answered my own question. After doing a search I found sites that will create the code for you but you have to pay $25 a yr. Looks like I'll be switching back to Mals.

For those that use paypal shopping cart, is there a way to give certain customers a coupon code for % off or free shipping? I know mals has this. Thanks! ~Michelle~
