    well I voted CP cause I do usually three batches at a time.....but lately I been doing loads of testing on my body butters and making bubble bars. People down here love the bubble bath.....guess I have more clients that like the bubbles?

    Dont you have to mix those coloring tablets with vinegar to dye the egg? I just want to make sure what egg tablets your talking about. Are there any directions on the package? Edited to fix spelling....

    On the old board Robin had a tutorial up and I want to say its on her webpage but cant for the life of me remeber the web addy. You could try looking on the members list and see if she has her web addy in her profile. Thats how I learned and started making cp soap.

    Girl you are killing me with your candles! Ok so when you going to set up a demonstration for those of us that just cant get those layers or colors? Again I love the candles......

    some people cut it off the bars, some wash it off and some leave it on for the appearance of a rustic soap. Did you cover the soap while it was gelling and doing its thing? Or was this after you removed all the coverlings?

    you could try a 5 x 8 bag just make sure you dont use too much heat when you shrink it because the bag will melt into the candle and will mess up the candle finish.

    Got a picture? It would depend on the recipe you used and how much water/lye was used in order to answer your question properly. If you were able to cut it though and it not deform the soap it was hard enough to cut. CP soap requires 4 to 5 weeks some up to 10 weeks if its a castile soap to completely cure and make a hard bar.

    I really dont think you could make a bad candle.....we are our worst critics ya know! Beautiful as usual. Do you use chips or liquid dyes?

    Darker colors tend to show the pattern better of PQ...yeah wicking is a pain in the big pootie. Your candles look great though!
