  1. Right now I am using PayPal, but not the virtual terminal.... however I am signing up for ProPay this week as I have had several people tell me that they would have placed an order, but did not feel comfortable with PayPal. I was stunned, but if its gonna get me more business, then I am definately going to do what I have to do. ProPay's smallest account is 34.95 a year, which allows you only Vish and Mastercard. It also has a set limit of 250 a day or 1000 a month. You have the option to upgrade at anytime.. just thought I would put my 2 cents in there
  2. I had a free site for quite awhile, and honestly it sucked... so myself , and several others im discovering, have went with DIYeStores. You pay for the hosting, and buy a webset to match the store style you chose.. over all the initial cost is around 110 to 140, depending on which webset you choose.. The customer service rocks.. and all of the extras they provide is just outstanding..... so they get my definate thumbs up. You can go to my links page, and there is a link to the DIY section..... HTH on a side note you can get a domain name thru GoDaddy.com for less then 10 bucks.
  3. I use orange clove from Nature's Garden.... its awsome in candles
  4. yeah, the holes and lines and frosty look are intentional..... I still have not gotten the feel for this new camera, but its still 1000% than my last one....lol.... they will get better with time..
  5. Howdy all, I just got my new camera and wanted to play with it a little and see if I could get a decent pic out. I am pretty happy with the results of these Rustic pillars. Hope ya like em. Oh by the way, these are scented CARAMEL!
  6. Over all it looks pretty good. You do need to go over it again and proof it.... a few words not spelled correctly. It does load very well.... hth
  7. I dont use wick pins for my pillars. I just go ahead and attach the wick in the mold using the screws and sealer, then make sure that its centered at the opening, and use either a kraft stick or skewer to tie the other end too....then just pour.... after its ready to come out of the mold, you just clip the wick at the opening, turn it over, remove the sealer and screw, and it slides right out.... then you just trim your wick.... and your all set..... sounds simple huh......lol.....
  8. before you do that, check your email to see if it may have gotten sent to the spam folder. If its your first time ordering, sometimes the emails get filtered to the spam folder..... just a thought
  9. I would also check out DIYeStores... that is where myself and several others went.... just wanted to put my 2 cents in
  10. I will try to answer what I can for you.... first off, I use a votive/pillar blend, and have not used straight parafin, BUT, it stands to reason that you should be able to use it, with some additives. I am sure others will pitch in and tell you for sure. Generally, votives will completely burn down, and its best to put them in a tight fitting container to burn them. It will also depend on what type and size of wick you use, as to how fast it will burn..... just wanted to my 2 cents worth in..... HTH
  11. I would prefer the amber glass with the dropper, but would settle on the plastic.... depends on the cost .....
  12. cool..... thanx.... where do you get your dropper bottles?
  13. hey gang..... I just have a quick question. I got asked yesterday if I could make oil for warmers. For those of you that make it, do you use straight FO or do you cut it with DPG? the people that were supplying them dont anymore. They used 2oz bottles with droppers in em......any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
  14. If you have a mailing address for this organization, send a certified copy of the PAST DUE bill.... and request that payment be made upon receipt, or it will be turned over to a collection agency, or mention that you will file a complaint thru them in Magistrate court..... either way, they have had ample time to get you the money.... just my 2 cents:)
  15. did you happen to get my messages? just checking... if not will resend
  16. I use JOY wax and it has an excellent cold and hot throw
  17. I had a free site thru www.freewebs.com. It was ok for what it was... free..... and I used a shopping cart thru paypal... recently I upgraded to a store thru DIYeStores. It is a little bit of an upfront cost, but it is well worth it... only been open for a month now, but I seem to be generating some decent traffic. Hope this helps
  18. Natures Garden has this FO and its WONDERFUL..... one of my top sellers...
  19. I print off my own, but they were designed by the lady that did my webset for me...Depending on the look your goin for, you can find someone to design a label for you and you just print it or you can have them done for you... If your goin for a country/prim look, shoot me an email and I can give you a few choices...
  20. ebay has the manual imprinters. Just do a search.. you can get some really good deals..... also, staples has the blank carbons to use on the imprinters. Alot of times you can get the metal dealer plate made thru the place you buy your imprinter. I am buying one in the next few weeks and also adding ProPay to my site.... just my 2 cents:D
  21. I really like the j223.... it does tend to have some wetspots tho, but nothing really major... has excellent hot and cold throw....
  22. I usually get mine from TVG glass.. I get the 10oz and 16oz flat lid keepsake/apotecary jars... I pay around 15.00 a case... cant remember exactly, but if you need the number drop me a PM and I will get it for you
