    Some people make that just for that reason. They put anise EO in the soap. It has been said that 100's of years ago people used this to catch cat's with. They love the scent:highfive:

    Ok here's the deal.... I have been with the post office for 23 yrs. Your carrier will always try you. If they blow the horn and you go out thats it yea boy they got ya. They figure you dont mind so they will continue to do so. Keep in mind that they are paid to get out and deliver your packages. It is in their contract. It is their job. And if for any reason they blow and you dont go out and they drive away call the postmaster immediately and tell them that you will not put up with it and if they cant do something about it give you a number to call higher than them and you will handle it.

    Actually what happens is.....if there is anything in your box without postage we are told to pick them up, take them back to the po and the postmaster will get in touch with the person if it has a return address and if not it is sent to dead letter.

    Your candles are beautiful. I want to learn to do rustics. Would you tell me the secret to how you layer yours? I agree also I love the way they are formed to get the different colors all over the candle. If you do not want to give your secret away how about leading me to where I can read up on them. Thanks so much.
