Those that u can't use have eyes that are painted very poorly. Can't even tell they are eyes. Also missing fins. Paint markings all dotted over other parts of body.

Hi all, I make the fish in a bag soap a lot as they are popular for me BUT have been frustrated about those fishes!! Have bought them from a few different sources now - and at least 1/4 of the fish are NO good! Anyone tell me a good supplier for these little fish?? Thanks much, vanessa

Hi all! Can anyone tell me, can I put my bath salts in the clear craft Christmas bulbs that are purchased at craft stores? I will be using FOs, natrasorb & dendritic in my salts & will leave out the sea salt. Thanks for your replies - Vanessa

HA!!! That's exactly what I thought was happening! Well I really want the benefits that natrasorb gives so I think I will first try to decrease the amount in my formula & see what that does.

How much % of natrasorb is appropriate to save your scent and yet save the fizz also. I actually liked the slower fizz, BUT ....will the fizz get less & less with time because I added natrasorb OR WILL IT STAY THE SAME?

Hi all! I've just decided to add natrasorb into my bath bomb recipe to make the scent last longer and to disperse the FO into water better. So far this is what I've noticed - 1) The bombs do have a longer fizz time - I like this. They've gone from 2 to 4 minutes. 2) The fizz is good, but not as strong as without the natrasorb. 3) they are not as smooth - they have tiny warts. Not the typical warts where you can tell its a wart, but very small warts all over. Could any of you bath bombers tell me what's going on?? My recipe- 1C sodium bicarbonate 1/2 C citric 1/3 C epsom 1 T Kaolin 1/2 tsp Shea 1 tsp jojoba 1/8 C natrasorb 1 T dendritic Thanks for the help!! Vanessa

Scented - How do others have pink sugar bombs that are beautiful?

Hi all, Question for all the bath bomb experts. Do fragrances with vanilla in such as pink sugar, etc. cause a bath bomb to become A dark brown color like cp soap. Wondering if I can make a "pink" pink sugar bath bomb. Thanks, vanessa

Thanks scented - Is it difficult to get the dendritic & FO mixture incorporated into the rest of the batter?

How do you wick this combo? I've been trying like forever to wick anything with CS pumpkin soufflé & not successful. I use 4630 & tried many wicks.

Hi all, Question for you. My sister & I are in business together. We have a web site & sell online. I live in wis. & charge wis sales tax to anyone ordering in state. Now that my sister is part of the business (she lives in Minnesota) should we be charging sales tax to ALL who lives in Minnesota or wisconsin?? We both do shipping. She makes mineral makeup, soap & wax melts. I make soap, felted, lotion, balm, wax melts & candles. Example - the order is for soap, lip balm & candle for someone in minnesota. I will send out this order because she doesn't make the lip balm. Should this person be charged minnesota tax. Even though I sent it out from wisconsin? It would be easy to just set paypal to charge for minnesota & wisconsin tax, but need to know if this is right?? Your answer is VERY much appreciated , Vanessa

Hey all, Quick question. I've been experimenting a lot with bombs & figured out that if I coat the inside of ornament molds with baking soda - then bombs will come out.... BUT... My last meatball bomb still stays stuck!! SO...I tried lightly coating meatballer with mineral oil & voila - bomb came out. Is there anything wrong with doing this - all the research I've done NOBODY mentions doing this???? Thanks, vanessa

I have a bath & body business and am interested in adding bath bombs to my business. Tell me - what weight bath bombs sell the best & which mold do you use for this size. The stainless steel molds look wonderful, but seem to only come in the large size - which make a whooping 7-8 oz bomb. That's larger than my soaps!!!! I'd have to charge too much for a one time bath.....impractical :/ What do y'all bath bombers do?? Also - do bombs sell Very well? Thanks all, Vanessa

I do a 5% lye discount, BUT, ALL MY SOAPS HAVE Goat milk added to the batch. (Fresh frozen) Either 50% or 100% of the water is replaced with goat milk. Therefore I do not go higher than a 5% discount.

Your right, cant smell the tarts online. My tarts sell from doing craft fairs & getting yourself out there. You will have repeat customers that already know what your tarts smell like & they will order online!
