My 14 year old GD spent the night with me, and we made soap, bath salts and lotions. CP Soap Fruit Slices w/ soap shreds Curve for Men Tropical Islands Bath Salts Lavender Lotions Pure Seduction Cucumber Melon Warm Vanilla Imagine Happiness We had a ball, and I am so tried.

I used it last night, and I have used it before, and have never noticed it being gritty. I will try a bar of this new batch in a week or two and see how it feels. I never mix mine with the fo, like most do. Just measure and pour.

I got a sample of Natures Garden, Magnolia and Orange Blossom, and I made a 1# batch of soap last night, to see if a recipe and the fo would work. Let me tell you, my house smells so good. I love this stuff. Didn't discolor (so far), it did not seize or rice up. Love it.

Little Ceasar dog food containers work great for MP and Wax Melts. I've even used one with CP soap, but it didn't come out very good.

I don't deduct the FO from my oils, but I do from my water. Not sure about the honey, I have never used it in soap. I guess it would depend on how much honey you were using. HTH

I have used MP molds before with CP, they didn't gel, but they came out really well. Here's picture.

Well, so far so good. They have been cut and I haven't seen anything draining, or any wet spots. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

Got it unmolded today, looks good so far. I still need to cut it.

It was beginning to, but I got her done. I don't think I have ever moved so fast. I hope I stirred it enough, I don't see any oil rising or pooling on top, we'll see, when I unmold tomorrow. Thanks

I made a batch of CP today, and put it in the mold. I noticed that the level didn't come up as far on my mold, and THE LIGHT came on. I LEFT 14 oz of canola oil out. DUMB< DUMB< DUMB. I hurried and threw it back in the pot and added the missing oil. Gave it a good stir, and all looked fine. It is now gelling. Do you think I will have any problems with this batch?

Anyone know if you can make this scale stay on all the time. It turns off om me during the middle of weighing something important.
