  1. Merlin's on PREBUY!!! Im definately getting that and her new Lavender Sage and I think I will be good. Hopefully, that will pull me through the Winter.. with the others that I got from the PA gathering. You will NOT be disappointed in ANY of her FOs. They are very complex IMHO. Not your every day run of the mill scents.
  2. Just tell him it was a necessary evil! You were HONESTLY trying to save $$$ and with shipping the way it is, you have to save wherever you can!
  3. Why OF COURSE you need it.. may as well buy 1 of each while you're there. If you don't, you'll regret it later.
  4. I would think all those butters may make it a bit greasy. I would try either mango only or a blend of mango and cocoa. With that said though, make a small batch and find out.
  5. Looks good.. Thanks! Thinkin I may have to order some. Now to figure out what ELSE from OT to order:rolleyes2
  6. What are your favorite FALL/WINTER/HOLIDAY fragrances?
  7. A prebuy means you will pay a lesser amount for the FO than it would normally sell for on her site. You may have to wait til there are enough orders. Although on her Patch.. you won't wait long.
  8. If you are wanting Patchouli or Patch blends.. I highly reccommend Moonworks. And she has a Witche's Brew as well.
  9. I know because it is not a liquid I am required by law to list it as "# oz", but do I need to state "net weight oz"? I list net wt. Is it recommended that I include grams or mililiters? I use oz or grams. Depends on what it is. I notice some companies will include ounces/grams as well as ounces/milliliters. I'm cornfused. Oh yeah, and does it need to be on the very front of the label?? Yes
  10. How much of each? If you don't mind posting your actual recipe, it would be easier for us to help you.
  11. IMHO, I wouldn't. You want a BB to dry out and glycerin is a humectant meaning it draws moisture from the air. You would most likely end up with a very WARTY bomb. It wouldn't be smooth. May I ask why you want to use glycerin?
  12. Welcome Elly!!! Glad to see you have found us. You are right that this is a very informative forum. If you don't find what you are looking for, please feel free to ask... we will help any way we can... AS LONG AS... I get some of your CP soap next year!!!
  13. We are back.... Okay.. I am back... NancyT, Abbie and a few others should be home. Scented isn't home.. but then again... .hasn't been for some time!!! Don't know about everyone else... but I miss you guys already!
  14. I masterbatch my oils. Then i weigh out what I need for each soap into a bucket. I mark the bucket with the oz in it. If it's for a particular scent, I will mark that as well and any additions that I have already added to the bucket.
  15. It works!!! Thanks! I like that packaging. Now I gotta get me some air freshners to scent!
  16. Thanks for the link.. Although it says I gotta buy like 6 rolls. Wondering if i should CoOp the rolls! That way we could all get some if we wanted. It would take me FOREVER to use that many rolls. What size did you use? ETA: That was from the Canadian site. From the US site it looks like I can order 1 roll. Will have to look further. ETA again: I was wrong.. gotta buy minimum 6 rolls.
  17. I gotta ask.. where on earth do you find the corrugated paper? Honest.. I did search. Til I was cross eyed. Apparently I was using the wrong search terms.. cuz everything i got was heavy cardboard.
  18. How's come I keep seeing SYR in all these prebuys... They REALLY need to say "Scented" too:laugh2:
  19. You could possibly scent it and use it for dipped pinecones for winter. Or use it to make campfire cupcakes.
  20. I don't order from SW. You couldn't pick a different supplier? I don't want to add another one. Im trying hard not to.
