  1. Thanks foxhill! I was pretty sure that I had read that somewhere. I think I will order the slab mold without the cut lines. I LOVE my Upland log molds. Makes soaping so easy.
  2. Thanks Sara. I meant the bars length and width after cut on the molds with cut lines. Not the depth. I thought I remembered reading somewhere that the middle bars were larger than the outside bars or vis versa. Not sure which but I don't remember where I read it. Just hoping someone knew before I spend $80 on a mold and not like it.
  3. I have the upland log molds and love, love, love them. I'm looking at the 24 bar slab mold but have a question. Are the bars all the same size with cut lines? It seems that I have read somewhere that they aren't.
  4. Great soaps! I'm sure you'll do well with them and your customer should love them. I'm off to check out your co-op thread.
  5. Beautiful selection of soaps ya got there. The ash really does look nice on the lovespell bar. Way to go!
  6. I can't help with the name but just wanted to say that your soap looks fabulous.
  7. I just made a batch of soap half the size I normally do. I sat my molds propped on a block of wood tilted to the side and poured the first layer. Once it began to set up I made the second batch. Sat the molds back flat and poured the second layer. Really easy to do and I love the look. Stamped the bars and that's about it. HTH
  8. You were right! It smells soooo..... good. My dh likes it too. I can't wait for it to cure so he can use it.
  9. Lovely swirls! Don't ya just love when things work out that way?
  10. Black and blue tilted layer soap is SW Green Irish Tweed. Colors really don't match the name but I've been wanting to make this bar for a while. Orange and white triple layer bar is TCS Grapefruit Citrus. Smells so yummy. Thanks for letting me share my soaps. I know you are all getting sick of my pics but I'm having so much fun. Now that this is more of a hobby than a business, I have time to experiment with new things.
  11. Cut pics have been added to the first post. Thanks for looking.
  12. Looks like you had a busy day. They all look great but the CLV is my favorite. Love the swirls on that one.
  13. Crossing my fingers for you too! Can't wait to see the pics.
  14. LOL!! Too cute. Lock that fairy up and keep her away from my soap.
  15. I shipped a box from my M&P co-op in February via USPS and it's still MIA!! I've spoke to the folks at my local PO, filled out their stupid forms and nothing!! Not so much as a phone call! I had to refund $72.89!!!! Delivery Confirmation is pretty useless. Glo - I hope you have better luck with your packages being located than I did.
  16. The Olive Blossom soap still smells so yummy this morning but it's a little to soft to cut yet. I didn't want this one to gel so I left it out on the counter instead of my usual popping it in the oven for a couple of hours. I'm anxious to to see how my swirls look deep into the soap. I hate waiting to cut.
  17. :highfive: Congrats!!! on your first batch of CP soap. They look great. Can't wait to see what you do next.
  18. OMG!! Andalusian Olive Blossom from The Scent Works smells so good. I just got my fragrance order from SW today and couldn't wait to soap this one. Swirled with Green Chrome Oxide, Bronze and Gold Sparkle Mica. I'm hoping the color goes all the way through the bar this time. Cut pics! This batch has a bad case of ash too. Ugg!!! Still smells good though.
