  1. Hi Scented, What exactly is a wrap around label? Thanks!
  2. Now that I have found packaging, how do I label these? The box seems like it would be easy by just applying a label, but how would you label the little pots or the tubes? Thanks so much for everyones help!! Michelle
  3. Carebear, Can you tell me what the difference is between the T-perf ones and the cap or length perf ones? Thanks!
  4. Thanks so much to all of you that posted. I appreciate the help. I will look at who has what and get some ordered for summer. Thanks Again!! Michelle
  5. I'm with you Kitchenfairy. I like to be able to track my shipments. How does the scent hold compared to BCN? Can you tell yet? Thank so much for posting your results. I need some of these and they are so much cheaper for me to get from aromabeadsonline than BCN. Michelle
  6. Hey All, Do any of you "seal" or package your lip balm tubes? I was thinking of something like a shrink wrap band but don't know if anything like that is out there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!! Michelle
  7. Hi, I started out with color and had horrible frosting and sometimes burn issues. So I decided to go dye free and LOVE IT!! Not one person has commented on the change negatively and like it has been mentioned in this thread by others, people can now get a cinnamon candle for a blue room if they choose. I do accent each scent with a ribbon that corresponds in color with the fragrance. That way you do still have a splash of color on the jar and people seem to really like that they can remove the ribbon if they choose. I personally love the colors but from a candle makers point of view, they are a pain in the butt. I have grown to like the natural colors but as you have been warned......keep really good track of scents when pouring multiple scents. Nothing worse than mixing labels up. I do maked colored candles on occasion for special orders and I charge an extra fee to do that. Since you should re-test when you add a new element, I charge for the time it will take me to test that scent. Then I just keep notes for future reference. I do color all my melts though. Since they are not wicked there is not a burn issue and they seem to sell a whole lot better when they have color to them. Michelle
  8. Wow!! What beautiful jars. A nice classic look of elegance. Now I will have to go to my dollar tree and see if they have anything similar!! Michelle
  9. I have never heard of them either, sorry. But, I was looking at what they had and their prices seem a little high to me on the things I normally buy. Look at what they have and the prices, then look at other supplirs that people on the board have talked about and compare. That way you would know where they stand cost wise. As for service and such, you may have to just jump in and give them a try if you are really wanting to order from them. HTH Michelle
  10. Hi All, I was wondering how everyone labels their clamshells. Do you put a label on the outside or put something on the inside? Thanks, Michelle
  11. Hey Kitchen, That would be great. Have you used any other suppliers beads before? I hear that there are some out there are not a good quality at all. Thanks for your willingness to share your outcome. Michelle
  12. I did not know that chipping was cheaper online. I will have to check into that. So sorry to hear about hubbys legs. I hope that all goes well and he is back on his feet in no time. Michelle
  13. Close Sharon. Their price lists have a suggested price and they are double on most with a few a little more than that.
  14. I can't see it either and I am jealous!! I am going to mess around with it and see if I can get the picture to come up. Michelle Can't get the picture to load for anything. Would you e-mail me a copy??? I have been wanting to try these but am clueless on how to do them.
  15. Hey Michele, I just got an updated price list in the mail today of all things; actually they sent me two for some dumb reason. lol They sell for $3 up to $25 depending on the style. I could scan and e-mail the price list to you, but I don't think it would do you any good without the catalog to see exactly what is what. There are also some that require an order of 12 instead of 6. Michelle
  16. Don't forget.......The post office is closed on Monday for Memorial Day. So that will be an extra day that things sit if it is not delivered on Saturday. Michelle:shocked2:
  17. Hi, This company has some really nice warmers. I have bought there a couple times and since they are only about 30 minutes from my house, I save on shipping too. I think they are much nicer and work a lot better than anything you can get at Michael's, Hobby Lobby, JoAnn's, etc. Michelle
  18. Hi, Back before the board switched, someone had posted a manufacturer of clamshells where you cut out the supplier. Does anyone know who this was?? I have searched everything and cannot find the information. Thanks!! Michelle
  19. I wonder why the difference in fragrance load. Anyone know what they are actually made of??
  20. Cinnamon, clove and vanillas all give me migraines. Lavender just makes me sick!! Michelle
  21. Ok, dumb question here. Are these lotion bars something you use in place of regular lotion, or as a bath type bar? Also, do you just rub the bar on the dry spots or do you get them wet? These sound easy to make and I would like to try them, but want to make sure I know what to do with them once they are made. Thanks! Michelle
  22. Carrie, Did you use this for a regular bath bar or more as a moisturizing bar? This sounds interesting and super easy to do. More like something I could do with my one good arm. Where do you get the Painya butter or could you use something else? Thanks! Michelle
  23. You know what Deb, I NEVER thought of wicking down on any of the ones I tested. And I tested about a dozen. I always wicked up because of the vanillans. Talk about a DUH and light bulb moment. Thanks for posting!! I will try going down and see if that helps (at least when my arm heals). I use the 415 and maybe (hopefully) that will make a positive difference. Michelle
  24. With all of you loving these vanilla's, do any of you have a problem wicking them? I gave up doing vanilla's because no matter what wick I used, it never burned right. I never found the wick that did it. Any suggestions of wicks when you mention a fragrance would be great. I have a lot of people wanting vanilla, but without it wicking right, I don't know. Thanks!
