Bittercreek has some but they hold like 8-9 votives.. I just want something that holds about 4. I swear I have seen them somewhere

I used to make dixie cup votives when I first started selling candles, and they sold really horribly. Of course now that I don't make them, I seem to get asked alot for them. Since this is my off season, i was going to test around and get some votives going again. My issue is that this time I want to package them in clear boxes that can hold about 4 votives.. I know I have seen them on a site before but now I cannot locate them and Nashville Wraps does not have any. Anyone know where I can find these? Thanks ;-)

I get so sick of people thinking is it soooo easy to make candles. I even saw a home candle making kit in Wal-mart with other "Christmas gifts" They had a jewelry thing and a soapmaking thing too :rolleyes2

I want to get a presto but hubby does not even own a drill, so there is no way I would get a spout. I am sure without a spout, it would be a messy disaster

I get mine from jackel. You cant order off of the site, you have to call in with your order. It might not help you this time, but you should definitely have them send you a catalog and when you need to order again, you can just call them up!

maybe I should do a google search on candle making and send this person some of the links off there. I have a feeling that this is one of those people that just think they can stick any old wick in and make instant $$$$$ She hasn't said that but that is the vibe I am getting from the e-mail..lol

I know! She has been to my site so she knows what I do. People don't march into KFC and demand the secret recipe do they? (well maybe they actually do..lol) It really does not seem like she even knows that there are vast differences in wicks and wax etc.. I really want to not respond to this but it would probably make me rude if I did not,

Good job! I have not tried HP yet (I do CP) but that soap looks great! What scent is it? Looks like someone has been bitten with the soap bug like the rest of us have

I had someone ask me what my web addy was because they had a friend that they wanted to point to my website. I get a "contact us form" off the site this morning saying that this person wants me to tell them how to make candles. She says "I have wicks, wax and jelly jars but I need to know where to start from there" I have no idea what to say Anyone have any advice for me?

They are turning a bit off white now but they still look cool. The color change is really not that significant. Don't ya just love CP?..lol

I was very freaked out the first time I attempted cpop (just ask Carmen..lol). It's not too bad. Just make sure you have all your ingredients prepared and have the instructions and your recipe printed out so you can have them right next to you.

ohh, thats great. I was afraid that I had to buy the liner separate, which would have made the molds pretty expensive..lol

i dont think I could do it with cpop though. I was thinking about an upland mold but do those molds come with a liner or do you buy is separate. I saw them listed separate on the site but then in the pics of the molds, it looks like they have one in there already. anyone ever get one of those?

My latest soap.. cut them a little thicker than usual :-) I made the top bumpy on purpose (I like that) Scent is Ocean Mist from Nature's Garden.

I have just started making incense. What is the going rate for incense sticks and how many are you guys putting in each pack.. I was thinking about packs of six but have no clue what to price them at?

What is the site where you order the bears direct from First and Main? I tried googling it but didnt come up with anything but resellers. Has anyone ever ordered from them? What are their minimum order requirements?

I am in desperate need of some sort of inventory spreadsheet. I am sick of having to dig through boxes of candles in my back room to see what I have all the time and writing it down all the time isnt as convenient as it would be to have a spreadsheet or something I could just update as needed (as things sell) I have Microsoft office programs like excel, access etc. If anyone has a template/spreadsheet they would share I would be ever so grateful I tried just making one myself but I don't know much about those programs and I can't get it right for some reason
