Ordered - 6/6, Rec'd 6/8 but they are right down the street and Candle Science is coming today too, from NC, I think. I don't know about the quality of the fo's because I just got them. Ahem... in clear plastic bottles? I haven't seen that yet. They smell ok from the bottle but I'm doubtful. They aren't as strong as all my other scents, they knock you over. I hope I ordered the right scents from CS because this is such a bummer. I need a pick me up. I guess 1 out of 2 aint bad. Isn't that a song? Note To Self: ASK FIRST DUMMY!!

I'm with Meridith on this. We just had this conversation the other night at my friends house. Her husband swears that if a scent is so strong he smell her before he sees her or after she left, she's hiding the fact that she didn't bath. I do think our nose gets used to smells. When I wear perfume & I can't smell it, others do.

I can mix PS20 with it! Now I'm thrilled. That's something I have. Guess I have to order more of the base. Is that a standard rule with most soap/shampoo bases? Will mica work in this? Do I add it to the base first or last?

Both of those sound great. I tried to make a soap for my face with it and it's just too oily for me so I use it it shave my legs, works great for that. Not a lot of lather but enough. A botched recipe, but still useable. Katee - What's the consistency of yours, do you jar or bottle? Ash - What is the aloe? What is the best type of color for it? I used mica but do ya'll have a preference?

Thanks Sheila, I'm from Lee. I would love the link. I just placed a small order with them, thinking the shipping rate and time would be better. I guess we'll see about product. It's amazing how different the scents are from one supplier to the next quality wise.

Okay, now don't laugh too hard here. A lot of people on here say drops is this a general measurement? What I'm trying to say is, I use pipetts, can I also just use drops from that or is everyone talking about an actual dropper? I'm sorry, I know I must sound dumb but so much is precise and so much is creative. I'm still trying to distinguish between the two.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to brands, suppliers or types? The shipping on trying things out is killing me lol. But oh how I love the sound of the truck pulling up to deliver.

Thanks so much. You just saved me a ton of money because I was gonna just start testing different brands. Is this something that I could put other additives in or is it just fo under 1%?

I was afraid of that, I bought the eo for something but don't ask me what. I do have Celestial Seasonings Chomomile and it's 100%, maybe I'll try it. I know it has soothing properties and my face is in horrible condition.

Do you think I could add Peppermint EO to the toner instead of the leaves? I would really like to give this a try.

I bought a 4 oz tester of BCS Aloe Shampoo/Shower Gel. I am loving this base as shampoo except after I used the appropriate amount of fo it ended up watery. Does anyone know if anything can be done or does anyone have a base they would recommend?

My Grandparents used to own a flower shop, wayyyy back when, and I got a sample of an FO from BrambleBerry that was awesome. I had to find it for you so I looked. Except it's Magnolia! Total bummer, I though I had some really good info to offer. Sorry no help here.
