Summer shipping - ice packs?

I live in Arizona and it can get to over 100 in the summer months. I do mot ship candles during june july and august I use 464 soy and it would melt If I shipped it during those months. So for three months no shipping candles -
I get mine at the feed store I get a 25 lb bag for less than 20.00

I make mine with a mearballer. Like this one. http://rusticescentuals.com/Bath-Fizzy-Scooper.html I make a bomb that between 2.5 and 3 ozs. Like ktaggared said It's hard to sell them unless they have tried them before and know what they are. But once they try mine they do come back for more.

Hi when I sell my candles at shows I only tell them what they are such as soy, paraffin, or a parasoy. I don't list it on the jar. But I do make sure they have a warning label and I also tell my customers how to trim the wicks the right way. On the jar I only list ozs and scent name and my warning sticker.

I use the one ounce cups with lids Like these http://www.webstaurantstore.com/dart-conex-100pc-1-oz-plastic-souffle-portion-cup-2500-case/301100PC.html I have never had a problem with them falling apart and some of my melts have been in them for months.

I am using this wax for a customer who wants some candles made from a scent But the HT is week. I am thinking that since this is a heavy oil I may have to wick up to a cd 10. I also have a lx 18 wicked in another 8 oz jj I am going to test that one tomorrow. I really don't care much for zinc wicks Cause of smoking and shroons. Any idea what would be a good wick to start with. Thank goodness customer told me to take my time. Cause this may take a while lol

I haven't made any jar candles in a couple of years. Well today I got a request for some 8oz jj candles. I had a case of JS123 wax purchased wicks jars and lids. I made my first one in a loooong time today. I am so happy about the way it turned out. Looks smooth color is perfect. The top came out really nice No sink holes. The CT smells really strong. I am going to let it sit for a day then start burning. I hope it burns as good as it looks.
