Have any of you candlemakers found that if you change the brand or type of wick, that it can cause your candle to have a better hot throw? ..I go thru so many different samples, trying to get a good hot throw..and sometimes even though they are supposed to do well in soy, they don't..So I was wondering if I just change the wick type if that would help..I am testing FlowerBomb right now from Flickers, it has a wonderful cold throw but hardley any hot throw in Gb 415 or GB 464..I am using CD wicks. If any of you have ever tested different type wicks let me know what your opinions are.. I may have to buy some samplers of Different brands of wicks and give the idea a try..:embarasse
