    I think with the cost of raw materials going up - the FO cost is going up. However, if a supplier decides to have it reformulated with a cheaper version, they need to notify their customers. That is the only right thing to do. Just my opinion.

    Best thing to do is write down your pros and cons. DH wanted me to quit working and open a shop....hell naw! After I broke everything down for him, he understood why I chose to keep my business right at home. But only you know if it is worth it. If you feel the time is right, then go for it. But make sure you have all your ducks in a row. And yes, location and people traffic determine space rental. Good luck.

    They are selling perfume oils. And they are usually imported to USA. Some are manufactured right here, but some import from their homeland. Some perfume oils suppliers say their oils are candle safe. However, they are usually more expensive than buying FO from Peaks, Candle Cocoon, etc. Let us know how your tests went.

    I am moving into my candle room. I have a fundraiser that is due next week and have a 4 day show. So I will be a little busy pouring everything. It is all good.

    Very true. I used to be the one in the corner and let my DH do the selling. He can sell anything. Now he has noticed me being more vocal and outwards when it comes to my products. I couldn't do it before because I did not want to seem like I was bragging....but heck...do what you gotta do!

    Most of the time as his schedule permits. I have a 4 day show coming up he will be there 2 of the days (the busier days) the other 2 he has to work his other job which I am fine with cause they are normally slower. One of the days I will have my friends daughter come down for her job shadowing thing.

    Maybe I am thinking too hard....but wouldn't you want one for each type of container and scent....so they know what to reorder? Versus them just reordering a type of container.
