I have this wax I bought in the classifieds and it is a pillar/votive one pour blend from Nu-scents and it slides right out and looks very pretty,,,

I use Dye Chips, Liquid Dye or Powder depending on my mood,,LOL;)

Hi everyone,, I have used the J223 and it is a great wax,,,I dont heat my jars or molds in the oven because simply they get to hot when you pour and if you pour to hot, it will cause Bubbles. I zap my jars and molds just a wee bit. you must adjust the temp if you heat your molds or jars.,,,,, The first thing I learned here was " Embrace your wetspots" All candles can get them especially in cool places. If you go into a store you will notice they get them too. It doesnt effect the burn or Scent. Cooling them slowly sometimes helps. HTH,,,

My DH was notified by our bank this week that VISA itself had been hacked into and his cc number came up as being one of the numbers they got. So our bank stopped our debit/CC and we are re-opening a new account. I am very sorry this happened to you Cindy but you see it is not just paypal but also the VISA company itself was hacked. I have been with paypal since 1999 and have not had any problems like this. I do go and change my password frequently and keep an eye on my bank account online through my bank and when I see there is something not right I phone my bank right away!!! I am very happy to hear you got your money back and it is all cleared up. I just dont see any other company like Paypal that we can go to and if there is PLEASE some one let us know until then for my website I need to stay with paypal.

HI and yes they are stiff like the 700's,,,If you buy the RRDs in a roll and are prewaxed they are just as good as ones already made with a tab on the bottom, this is how I do mine. Now as Top said in his post Candlewic will make them as long as you want them but you have to pay for 500. I dont know where to tell you to go for wicks longer then 6 inches. I hope if there is a place someone would post it!! Im sorry I could not be of more help to you.

Hi Stacien,,I use a wick pin,,,I also use prewaxed RRD wicks and add the tabs myself as Top was talking about. HTH

The reason I said a white dye block is because when I said what I used it got bashed!!!! what I use to make my candles white is Bittercreeks whitener powdered dye, Bittercreek item #dpwhite. I love the stuff!! When I heat my wax up to 175 I add the powder and it mixes very well then FO and pour,,my customers love it!!!

I think your site is awesome,,,sometimes we need to step away and go back to it later,,, There are days I feel that way too,,,,Everything will be alright,,dont give up!!!!:awww:

I loved the GB444,,it had a great cold/hot throw but it also had to be poured at a slushy state and I like pouring hot,,LOL

I have the white flakes from GB, but as others have said,,,the FO may not be clear and will turn your white to yellow,,get a white dye block or liquid coloring for a white white...HTH

I have been using the 700 series on the palm feathering and love it!!! Finally found a use for them,,LOL,,,you can try RRD37 and RRD39's for Pillars,,,

You sure can!!! I use Canola spray on all my molds and it works great,,,spray a wee bit then wipe out the excess,,HTH

I have never had to put my tarts in the freezer before BUT I do wrap them in papertowels and put them in my closet I have Set up for curing and usually I can bag them the next day without getting the smudges in the Cello bags. I use 25% container wax and 75% 4652 and they pop out of the molds very well,,HTH

WOW I have to say,,I was getting ready to forget the whole 700 series BUT I started making Palm Feathering wax from Nu-scents and used Snowtops new Orange Blossoms FO(which smells WONDERFUL!! and They work great!!! I also love this wax!!! It has great Hot/cold throw,,Im using the Pillar/Votive blend. I will take pics soon and put them in the Gallery. But these Wicks are awesome for this Palm wax...Just had to share!!!

Most of their soy wax is from Golden Brands,,HTH
