Oh I'm so going to soap it again... I haven't cut the batch I made yet.. wanted to last night but mom had other ideas... LOL it was really easy to work with ... I have to remember the salt/sugar & silk this time....
I use WSP's OMH - it's really good... the batch I did yesterday I used JS Buttermilk & Honey... kinda heavy on the honey right now.... I've also used ICS Sugar Milk.... or I just don't scent it at all
I soap this yesterday and so far so good.... although I forgot the sugar/salt... and silk... and I even have some.... looks like I'm making another batch tonight.... I did really like it..... how do you all do your label... do you just say Crisco.. ?
or when I got my kitchen aid and the sales lady says.. "I'll bet your going to be doing a lot of baking"... and DH looks at her and says... "she's not using it to cook with".... LOL
not much.. but I love them.. the one in the back is my kitchen soap scented Vanilla Hazelnut Coffe, the one on the left is unscented but made with carrots, half & half and honey.. the one on the right is Cucumber Mint....
I guess what I'm really wondering is about adding my messed up batch in after adding more salt... for some reason it just didn't seem right to me.... not sure why - it just didn't
anyone ever done this.... I did a ton of searching and found where someone did - the made the screwed up bars into a powder and then added it to a new recipe... after the salt... I really hate to throw all this away... thanks !!
I've been using KY's PB since she came out with it and love it... have never had a frosting problem.. very smooth and the throw has been great with the FO's I'm using... I haven't tried the new one yet...
just do like I do and have it shipped to work or to my mom's... he never knows ... LOL in fact I feel a sample of palm being shipped to the office as we speak. !!
I switched when KY started this wax and love it.... I have had a few of the cracking issues... but it's really not bad I don't think... I can't wait to try the new Perfect Blend...
