  1. I use Print Shop for all of my printing need and have for years.. What I do is save a copy on the pc and when it comes time for labels I just pull it up, type in the scent print what I need, and move on to the next one.. I also just started up doing my own warning labels to and I do the same thing. I have copies saved for each warning label for type of candle. Jeanna

In fact I just bought a total of 4000 for under $38 (including shipping). I checked out office max one time and wanted more then that for a 1000. Jeanna
  3. I also do all of my own printing (for everything). And I buy blank white bz card from Quills.. I pay $16.00 for 2,000 (their brand) and if my order is over $45 the shipping is free. And even if I'm under the $45 it still only cost me a few dollars for shipping. Jeanna

  10. I just talked to him a few mins ago.. He has had this candle for awhile and don't remember. I just gets me that big companies make their candles like this..I have been making my candles for little over a year now and people that know me that I am very PICKY when it comes to making things and I make alot more then candles. And I'm sure alot of us here feel that way. I myself could NEVER sell anything like this, but the big guys do. Karen B: His mother bought this candle for him. And I don't think that he will be buying a candle from a store again.. I have him hocked. Jeanna
  11. Well, I melt it down right after I posted. I did find part of the wick about half way down. So I'm not to sure as to what happened there. I do know that if it was burning good and down the road the wick would have started to float. I'm not sure what they use to stick the tab to the jar but it fell right out...
  12. Last night my new neighbor & customer told me that he wanted to give me a candle that lost it's wick. Well, I thought that it was annother $0.79er that he got from around the corner from our house.. He go in and comes out with the big 22ozer. And I knew he didn't get it from around the corner. I asked him were he got it from he said his mom gave it to him.. I was checking it out there's no sign of a wick and that it was tunneling to the one side. I couldn't get over it, it's a really nice candle. Great color and great cold smell. It comes from a big company out in AZ. But I never heard of them and did a search for them online and came across a few places that sell them.. After seeing this it makes me feel good about the ones I make and sell..

  18. This is what I just did yesterday. I went and took about 100 catalogs and some votives with me and just went and hit different places, salons, shops, banks, etc. The banks and and some of the other place I just left a stack of catalogs and most of the other places I asked it was fine if I could leave a some there.. And they all said yes with no problem.. And with that I handed the person I talked to a votive.. Which put a big smile on their face...Who know such a little thing could give them such a big smile... Jeanna
  19. Morning, I sell other thing besides candles (I do crochet too) and what I have always done is ask for a 3rd as down payment so this way it will pay for the cost of supplies. And if they don't come and pick up the items you are not out of your money to make them... Jeanna
