  1. Hi Diamond - the vitamin E capsules that I used are 400 IU per capsule and I used 3 of them, so there is 1200 IU in that batch. I added it because Vit E is good for the skin and also acts as an antioxidant to prolong the shelf life of the almond oil. As for how much of the natural Vit E to use, I really do not know. According to the MMS site, 1 gram of their natural Vit E contains 250 IU and the recommended usage rate is 0.10% - 0.25%. HTH And everyone is very welcome - hope you like it!
  2. If you are going for an inkjet printer, then I would suggest an Epson that uses Durabrite inks. The Durabrite inks are smudge and water resistant. There are several models available - I have the Stylus C66 and love it. It is usually around $70 or so. The Stylus C86 is the next model up, I believe, and usually runs around $100 or so.
  3. You can buy mini cello bags at Nashville Wraps in 100 or 1000 ct pretty inexpensively as well. You could then either tie the tops off with a pretty ribbon, or do a cardstock "fold-over" label for the tops.
  4. I love those things! Hoping someone can jump in here with some info for you. I think they would be a great seller - I know The Body Shoppe makes alot of money off me with them
  5. Well....Carmen (ebcandles) is running a co-op on SAO in the Co-op section, and Leslie (shutterbugg) just finished a mango butter co-op so you might contact her to see if she will have any extra for sale. And you are very welcome - glad I finally have something to share!
  6. Go for it Let me know what you think - I really like the way my skin feels afterward. I did not have any problems with the mango butter solidifying, but if you do, just warm it up a bit. I always warm mine anyway.
  7. My first recipe contribution! I made this a few weeks ago and it felt and smelled wonderful! I can't take credit for the idea of using mango butter, but the rest is from lots of tweaking and research: Mango Massage Oil: 1 oz Sweet Almond Oil 1 oz Golden Jojoba Oil 1 oz Frac. Coconut Oil 1 oz Mango Butter 1/4 tsp Mango Papaya FO Vit E oil from 3-4 capsules
  8. I know I'm a little late here, but wanted to say that those are absolutely stunning!
  9. Beautiful colors and textures! I love those colors together
  10. Those are adorable - I especially love the tan one in the second picture
  11. They are beautiful candles - I especially love set #2!
  12. I agree. Especially with the dreaded wet spots, if you are working with glass containers. It also seems to affect whether or not I have to do a repour. I try to keep the house close to 70 degrees when I am pouring. Edited because Alan beat me to it
  13. You really can't go wrong with Peak's fo's. Some of my favorites are: Amish Harvest (love this one!) Cinnamon Buns Lemon Pound Cake Sweet Pea
