    i sell my 1 lb jars for 7.50 and 2 lbs for 14.00. i think they look great but you do need a smaller bag but other then that very nice.

    i have 2 full time jobs my farmers market every week year round and my day job. i am a very greedy woman and if it was not for my shopping habit i would be able to live off my market profits. my husband has a great job for us to live very well but to me there is no such thing as enough money. so i will continue not to get any sleep from filling orders and getting ready for market every week . reading my post i just realized how crazy i am:laugh2: .

    i have never had one problem with scent throw from c-3 i would change FO companys peaks , candlewic, candlescience. My list can go on and on.

    my c-3 throws like crazy i would try using better quality FO's like peaks and solas and RA, they have great fo for soy.

    i also get my wax from fillmore and i pour cool and cloudy works like a charm.

    i used parriffin for 7 years of my candle making life and one day i said i think im going to try soy , and i did and never looked back. i love my soy candles. the only problem i ever really had with soy was wicking and frosting and i got that under control. never had a problem with FO throw you just have to buy from suppliers that test their FO in soy and i never had one problem. just my 2 cents.

    i like c-3 now that i have all the kinks worked out , i think this is a hard wax to get down but once you got it, it is a great wax.

    i cant stand frosting so thats why i pour at 125 and i dont get any frosting and the cold and hot throw is great. ive poured hot and had no luck what so ever so i guess its different for everybody but since you pour hot sky i thought i would let you know what works for me. Frosting to me just dont look good but people dont mind it but i do.

    what works for me is pour it around 120 to 130 tops i try for 125 and it is perfect everytime no frosting till after burn but you cant prevent that. also what dyes are you using i use evo dyes from candlewic they are made for soy. also when you do repours pour about the same temp. alot people say this is a hot pour wax but from all the testing i did this is not a hot pour . the key is when it looks like its getting alittle slushy its time to pour . also if you Fo has vanilla or cinn or patcholi in it i use a US additive .     i tryed mixing them and it was a mess forget about it............. what temp are you pouring at with you c-3. ill help you out

    thanks everybody for your comments i live in lancaster and its one day a week. im pretty good with people so im not worried about that. im not worried about quailty of my products ,everybody i know says they are great but stupid ? will drive me nuts. i deal with the public everyday at my real job and the dumb ? i get there are crazy. i guess im more worried about what everybody will think about my stuff and i worried people there will think my prices are too high since a farmers market. but thanks again for all the luck

    well i finally got into my farmers market. i still am alittle worried if this is a good place for me to start out at . its a booth inside and it has elec and tables and the price isnt to bad 36 buck a week. i was wondering if anybody has any pointers and what kind of weird ? i will be asked. i dont know how much i should take either. I am very nervous about this whole thing and not knowing what to expect. There is another lady down from me that sells parrafin votives but thats it. i sell soy and b&b. so wish me luck.:undecided

    i would try cooler like 130 to 140 tops i was having the same problem with my c-3 started pouring around 125 and not 1 speck of frosting and it has been a month and nothing.

    what is the temp you pour at, i use it but not that much like a tablespoon for 3 lbs. pouring temp has alot to do with frosting.

    i use those same bottles and i use a circle label, but it looks nice

    no i dont use the 18 i was thinking the same thing about the soot. if you ever try it let me know how it works out

    your FO might not be soy compatable and also try different types of wicks , i find that cds and htp work well with soy
