  1. I found this one that I liked for $9.95. It has 3 shelves and looked pretty cool!!! But, would give me only 15 slots and was 5.75in long by 2.25in height for the price. My sweet husband found some wood with me at Lowes yesterday that would make two of these. However, mine will be 12in long by 2.25 in height. So, mine should hold 20 for 2 shelves if I calculate right. We only made one to make sure it would fit my drawer. Once ours is done it will be stained and probably more sturdy than theirs though! Can't wait to take pictures!!! https://www.planttherapy.com/essential-oil-wooden-storage-display-set-of-3?gclid=Cj0KCQjw5uWGBhCTARIsAL70sLKmgt2o7-b-PBdCmMoCQ8QpYHSgfIeZutlB1BemL0SVVhlqYmSgQ2AaAqVPEALw_wcB
  2. If this helps, I usually use labels from Avery's website. However, I think you might need to use their labels too. I've never tried otherwise though, just have gotten them at Office Depot. https://www.avery.com/templates
  3. What kind of wax are you looking for?
  4. I was wondering what you use to store your Fragrance Oils in. I have a homemade type cheap assembly thing that I made and I've been using 1 ounce bottles. But, it's getting a little small and awkward since I'm obtaining more oils than I had before. Problem is, I don't want to spend an arm and a leg in order to organize these. Thanks for your ideas! 🙂
  5. I don't know about item increases, but shipping is what kills me. I look around for days/weeks before deciding if I really want an item because of that.
  6. Wow, I didn't know that either. I've been using the Almond Oil all along and seem to have been using it up quite quickly. But, do have a little Jojoba oil as well. Sounds like when I use up the Almond Oil, I might try to stick with the Jojoba...
  7. Thank you! The wax I use regularly is Candelilla wax. And, my actual ingredients are: Sweet Almond Oil, Shea Butter, Wax and Fragrance. I normally grab the Shea Butter from work since I work at a grocery store. But, have seen that it can be less expensive online.
  8. Thank You! That helps a lot, I'm afraid that I'm still a newbie with this & am still learning...
  9. I usually use Shea Butter when making my Solid Perfume but, am not sure whether it's unrefined or not. Which do you prefer? Nature's Garden which I've just tried for fragrance oils has both and I'd like to try one of theirs. I appreciate any info you can have on this! Thank you!
  10. I already had: Lemon, Sweet Orange & Sandalwood. After much debating I ordered the other 4 Monday night (Tuesday morning) from Nature's Garden. I ordered: Egyptian Musk, Fresh Ginger, Honeydew Melon & Orange Blossom. When I received these oils yesterday (Saturday) I made a sample and they turned out great!
  11. I've tried looking around for you. But, I'm afraid I've only been finding a big fat zero! Looks like the only way to get a hold of them is to email. Sorry I couldn't help.
  12. Hi Everyone! What's your name? Lisa How old are you? 42 Where do you live? Washington How long have you been making candles/soap/whatever? Around 2019 I began playing around with making Solid Perfume for a long distance trip. Even though the trip hasn't happened yet, I still enjoy playing around with it making perfume for friends & family. Are you married? Any kids? Yes & 6 chickens who think they're our toddlers. If candle/Soap making isn't your primary job, what do you do? I work in a retail store around here. Anything else we should know? I'm currently playing around with other solids such as Shampoo Bars, Shaving Soap & Solid Lotion.
  13. I love the look of those!!! Peppermint always smells so good.
  14. Yes, that's what is getting me. This link is what I found that makes me think it's cantalope though. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.fragrantica.com/perfume/Calgon/Hawaiian-Ginger-12913.html&ved=2ahUKEwi9h4SjvuvwAhVBsp4KHW82DmcQFjATegQIORAC&usg=AOvVaw0mNB_qSdH1PUfkwgVnnNRg&cshid=1622174347311
  15. Hi. A friend of mine at work has been using a body mist that is no longer available. The body spray is called: Hawaiian Ginger by, Calgon. I've learned how to make solid perfume and she's asked me if it might be possible to duplicate the scent for her. Does anyone have an idea how I maybe able to do this? I'm pretty sure I've found the supplies online, but would appreciate some advice as to how to do this. Thank you. Lisa
