  1. Actually doing real work for a month, but will start with the fall and winter scents when i get back in August. Made 15 cases for some wholesale and the store before i go, anything else, my great partner will have to pour away...................:highfive:
  2. J/K. They are easy, I let me wife do them though. Shes has a better eye for those things. At least he didnt ask if you took visa or mastercard.
  3. Can you show a pic of a bubblebar? Lush is Lush, not even top ingredients but they have what they have and are sucessful.
  4. I had a harvest that was so bad, even with tampering with it, adding clove, cinnamon, etc, it was awful, it was one of the first FO's I actually threw out. The girls are right, That spruce is wonderful, the fireside is not close enough to Yankees if that is what you needed it for. It is not a must have if thats the question.
  5. It is not for you, it is for your customers....... Fireside was a off dupe to me. The black canyon is a strong colonge type that does well if re-named.
  6. I forgot to mention, your candles have no tops, having a lid on the top helps greatly with soy, i have some tumblers in the store that are about 2 monthes or more, i will see how they look... But the jars with lids, i have no problems. Find a jar glass where it is the same thickness on the sides as it is on the bottom.
  7. Wheres the spell check button? Anyways, i mixed several diff soy wax samples that i had left. Every top I heatgunned had a diff look. Talk about UNSTABLE? Geeze.
  8. Lets say that there is 5 price points. 5 being high. I would say they went from a 3 to a 2. I sampled 12 scents that are new and 5-6 may do ok and the rest should go in the garbage. One smelled like POT oob.Others were just Faint.
  9. The supplier is looking into it, I will not badmouth any company that fixes what is wrong, I did find the older bottle of the same scent, it was still stronger but not as bad as i thought,, but they are still getting lower grade oils and paying for nice ones instead.
  10. It is all up to you and the scents you pick and the supplier. Some maybe .75 ounces and other maybe twice that. It all depends how strong you want your candles also. A $22.00 oil sometimes is 2x as a $16.00 oil. That is why you test, and test, and listen to those who did so before you. Use the SEARCH feature............
  11. Works faster and last longer, and you know, everyone like a big gun.
  12. I have heard nothing but good things about Millcreek, and dont forget Peaks. (skip the mango and cappochino) LOL
  13. That when the wax dries can get the hair off my back!!!
  14. There are 16 oz candles that can scent a 10x10 and then there are those that can scent 3 rooms or more. There is the 5 ounce that is suppose to be for the bathroom but some can do a 10x10 room also. So there is no exact size per room but there is what is called a acceptable size candle per room but I dont what it is. I suppose King (TOP) Of The Hill would know that answer?
  15. But this was by the Lb, not a sample and then a switch.
  16. Did you ever use a FO, and you know how it smells and you get it again, and they weakened it? I dont know which end is playing games but i let who i got it from have it. (tough guy i know)
  17. What about the greek and Italian pizza makers. They would be able to hold a too-hot jar and not know that it is too hot. . Ok, just wanted to throw in something amusing... I give up now.................
