It is Just Scent. Not very strong but good for mixing. It smells really good. I find all vanilla bland but  lot of people love them.

Yes get the Blueberry Muffins lol I have it and it is strong and amazing. Never had the Butter Rum Allspice but sounds good. I love spices.I have the Spiced Cranberry too and it is great but the Blueberry is out of this world.

They ( BC) have 2 blueberry muffins which one do you get

I had to order a sample of this when I read your post and it came in today. It's wonderful OOB!

@Moonstar, I've used a few of Wellington's oils and like most they are a hit and a miss. I think I had more misses with them than hits but that doesn't mean they don't have some good oils. I just never see much mentioned about them on here.

    Thank you :)

I don't have WSP Expresso but wish I did since you say  it's great. I mix 60 coffee with 35 creme brulee. They are both strong. Then add 5 percent french vanilla for the "cream" effect lol

Wow that sounds awesome ! Who has a good french vanilla ? WSP Espresso really is good , you should give it a try :) I have BC Creme Brûlée in my cart and was also thinking

of adding blueberry muffin ? Their Butter Rum allspice is good as is their Spiced Cranberry

I have had it from bc and I have liked all that I've ever purchased from them. 😂

I've been trying to expand out of my.box and try scents that I normally wouldn't. Since the topic was c&s those were the only ones I could think of that had a good throw

Whats a Frappe lol ! lol ! I use WSP expresso , what ratio do you use when you mix BC creme brûlée + coffee. Im thinking the creme brûlée can easily overpower ?

Yes it is Bitter Creek:) I have made melts with 464 with a tablespoon of coconut oil. I also tried it with just 464. I made it with 4627 by itself. This stuff is heavenly. I buy destashes a lot and had bought a lot of soy, 464,415,444, CB-135 and then beeswax.paraffin  4627, 4630. So I've been experimenting lol I love 4627 the best. It is the Cadillac of waxes, to me. The cold and hot throw is out of this world.Very messy but so worth it. I hate soy but some people love it. I love how easy it is to melt but hate long cures. Forcing myself to make it and cure it. After I run out I'm going to just 4627. I make melts but no candles.

Thank you 😊 so what's a good ratio to blend with coffee FO ?

i think your the one that suggested mixing the two ? If you what's the result of mixing those 2 FO ?

i use WSP espresso. It's so good!

If you ever get Crème Brulee from BC you will be blown away. I wonder if it's just as good lol I have BC and it throws like crazy. Mix it with coffee and make a Frappe lol that's what I do.

Is that Bitter Creek ? May I ask what wax your using ? I make melts + have been using a blend of 4626 -4630 & 464. Thanks !

I've got Sweet Pea, Cotton Blossom & Sensual Amber.  The Amber lasted the longest...about 3 hours.  Sweet Pea faded the fastest.  I also tried a couple of VS sprays I had and they didn't last very long either.  Just a couple of hours at best.  I'm just spraying on my wrists, dry skin, no prep, no scent layering, not after the shower or anything like that.  Just a plain old spritz on the wrist.

I've got various bases.  What I have came from Flaming, TCS, and RE.  I've been testing a lot of FO's, multiple combinations.  My best sprays are lasting about 4 hours, so that's kinda what I've been using as a benchmark, and I think that is acceptable based on what I've seen with the commercial sprays, but IDK.  I'm just so uncertain what customers will expect in this field.

Who's  TCS ? I have a base from Catalina,  hydrating ???? It's aloe based . It is hydrating but it's really tricky  to work with, for me anyhow

if too much FO is added it gets sticky or maybe tacky is a better word. Not sure I'll order it again

i noticed bulk apothecary has a base , I think I might  try that one.

    I love their lipbalm base.

  8. I bought some BBW 3 wick candles . Marshmallow Fireside

    Sweater Weather  Campfire Coffee

    $12.99 each ( sale price )

    wax type idk ??

First impression of burn was pretty good . Well the Sweater weather burned the hottest out of all of them . The more it burned  there was something I wasn't crazy about but Ct was awesome!

    i love the 3 wicks and I'm a sucker

for their labels & the names they choose . Marshmallow Fireside is my favorite!!!!!

@Moonstar I did get my order for the LS Cinnamon Sugar Donuts & LS Sugared Cronut.  In addition I also ordered Cinnamon Sugared Donut from FB.  I have not put any of them in wax as of yet but OOB I really like them all.  The SC has a very heavy yeast smell with it.  The other 2 Cinnamon Sugar Donut & Cinnamon Sugared Donut from FB are very close!  I ordered 1# of the one from FB and only and oz sample of the CSD from LS.  And the 1# bottle of the sugared Cronut from LS.  Hopefully I love at least one of them.  Lol

The Gingerbread Applesauce Cake sounds like it will smell amazing!  Keep me posted if you so order it!   😇

Well OOB it's not as amazing as I hoped for . I'll try it in wax and might like it better. I hope so because I could a pound of it lol

I don't order from them. Out of all the fragrances I have so only have 4 bottles from them. I buy a lot of destash so that tells you nobody hardly likes them lol

LOL ! Yeah , the Gingerbread Applesauce wasn't too impressed with  :( Have you by chance tried Crounut from Lonestar ?

No-- haven't tried that one. I do use a few from C&S and think they have some hidden gems when it comes to FOs. But with them you have to be prepared for a lot of misses before you find the really good ones. That's my opinion anyway. But the ones that are good are ones that I stick with from year to year.

Well I ordered the Gingerbread Applesauce and its just ok OOB . I smell more apple than gingerbread. Which are their hidden gems ?

It probably depends on if the scent is more butter scent or rum scent, hard to tell sometimes unless you try it out.  I bought a Vanilla-Caramel from Community when they were closing it out, and it is very strong, smelling like burnt caramel.  I see they now have a "Butterscotch and Bourbon" ... can't help but wonder what that one might be like.  I see they now have a Creme Brulee Caramel, I wonder if it's similar to the strong caramel I got from them before.  I've tried some caramels and they are just too smooth for candles, it seems, while others are very toasty!

I totally agree with you .This truly can turn into a very expensive hobby . My problem is I get a FO from one supplier then I;ll see it on another site and I want to compare lol !
