  1. There are several of them out there. You might have more luck if you tell us whereabouts you are located becuase there are so many online suppliers all over the country. Also check around here on the boards. I know recently there was a link someone posted that showed suppliers and what areas they were in. I cannot remember where it is though.
  2. I think they look good enough to eat too!!! Very nice job.
  3. Weird cause when I brought it up this morning it said craigslist.com and was fine. I checked again because I have it uder my favorites. When I manually type in craigslist.com it goes to .org but I did not get anything weird. Sorry for any confusion.
  4. Sorry about that try craigslist.com then you can choose your location.
  5. Its a free message board where you can posts all kinds of stuff. You can go to http://geo.craigslist.org just click on the state you want. or just google craigslist and click on the state or country you want.
  6. I could have sworn I saw an ad for your business on craigslist but its been awhile. You are in Gresham so unless someone else is using your business name that's in Gresham to. Thats how I actually found your business before you ever came and posted here. No biggy either way just offering help if you needed any.
  7. I guess I misunderstood. Since I have not seen you post on craigslist for awhile and your Ebay store is closed I thought maybe you were looking for suggestions. I agree though its always great to share ideas.
  8. Since I am still fairly new on opening my company right now its mostly by word of mouth. You can post on craigslist but so far I have not got any sales from that but its free so no skin off my back. You can write a press release and send it out to your local paper. Unless you have tons of money which I think its fair to say most of us do not then you could do radio or tv or a a newspaper ad. Leave your business cards on bulletin boards and hand them out to whoever you can. Also making flyers is a good advertisment and fairly cheap to do. Network with other business owners in your community. Just remember it takes a lot of time. Keep working at it and you will continue to build clientele.
  9. Thanks for posting this. It really makes it much easier to find what you need.
  10. Wow thanks for that information. I will have to get some samples. Ok which one? Dry Flo Pure or Dry Flo AF Pure?
  11. Thanks so much for the information. I will keep working on it. I did cut the oil last time to half perhaps cutting even more. We'll see. I have never attempted whipped shea until now. At least this time I got it right on the whipping. Last time I did not even get that part right as I did not let the butters cool long enough.
  12. I am not sure what FCO or IPM is? Right now I have used sweet almond oil. I was just wondering if you could make it without the oil. I had a friend sample some and she loved it even put it on her face even though she knew it had oil in it. I love to put it on my feet before bed and I wake up with nice soft feet.
  13. Thanks for the quicky reply!! I will have to order some and try it out.
  14. After doing this over and over again. I was reading some of the other posts on here. So if when its whipped its 2 oz but fits into a 4 oz. container do you label it as 2 oz or 4? Did that make any sense? Thanks.:rolleyes2
  15. Where can I find some of this? I have been using corn starch and after reading here about people who have allergies to corn might not want to use corn starch. Thanks.
  16. I am so baffled. I have tired this recipie over and over chaging the butters, reducing the amount of oil and it still leaves a sheen on my skin like I put baby oil on or something. My mom and a good friend liked it but agreed it had to much of an oily feeling. Has anyone else made it minus the oil?
  17. Yes it does all depend on what state you are in as far as everything you need ot have in order to be legite. Business license is a good start. It depends where you live if you need to collect sales tax. I live in Oregon and we do not have a sales tax.
  18. Wow thats awesome news. A big congratulations to you!!!!!!!!!!! Now go celebrate and then go celebrate again on the issue hits new stands.
  19. I do not have any advice on this one. I had the same thing happen to me not matter what fo I use. Its been frustrating. I bought from another supplier prior to getting the one at WSP and thought it was a bad batch and when I saw WSP said it would not seperate and it did I was left thinking ok now what. The only thing I can say would be to advise shaking it up before use and using colored bottles for packaging it in.
  20. Well at least you were prepared right? I wish you the very best of luck sending good vibes and prayers your way. Anne
  21. Is the 8.10 one the shoebox sized one? Thanks. Anne:D
  22. Its been a slow process but this is my only job except for the being a parent one. That one provides a lot of joy but no pay.
