I have been testing this wax and like it a lot. I was wondering if anyone sells this wax besides Bittercreek North? I want to get a bulk amount of probably 50 llbs but the shipping is almost 25.00 by UPS Ground. Any suggestions as to where I can find other suppliers that carry this wax will be appreciated. I think I saw that EZ soy wax is a special kind of wax that Bittercreek has, is that correct? TIA

I am curious to know what scents everyone uses to scent their bears? I have a brown colored bear that I am going to use but don't have a clue as to what scent I should use for it. I was thinking cinnamon, but wouldn't that be to ordinary? Suggest some scents to me to try on the bear. Also, does any one know how to go about injecting the bears with scent? Seems to me like they would leak. Thanks to anyone who can offer some suggestions. I know there are alot of people out there agains dipping bears but I think it is safer for some people to have a bear as opposed to a candle. Especially at a school or in an apartment building. TIA

If you have a Michael's nearby they are having a sale this week on votives 3 for $1.00. That may be something worth looking into if you don't have to drive to far to get to the store.

What about colored marbles or gems. That would make it look nice.

I love how smooth they look after adding the UVA. Very cool. A big change in the top look. Try the UVA and see how they look before and after. Big difference.

I just got some Universal Soy Additive and put in some of my candles and it really helped the top come out smooth. Before I added it the tops were rough looking and I had to use my heat gun to smooth them out. That didn't help so I put some UVA in it and they turned out nice. Very smooth and look great. Something worth trying.

For your information I have tested but would like opinions on other waxes to see what worked for other people. Same with FO & wicks. Nothing wrong with finding out what works for other people so I know what to buy or try testing.

What is everyone's favorite pillar wax and why?

Looking for one larger than the 1oz maybe 2oz or 3oz

Well I waited 8 to 10 hours then used my heat gun to remelt the top layer and waited until it was cool again then poured at a much lower temperature than the first. The problem I am having now is getting out of the mold. I put in in the freezer for about 5 minutes and it cracked. LOL. I figured it would. How long should I have left it in there? Would putting in in the refrigerator work better? Sorry for all the questions.

What is your favorite soy wax and who is the supplier? Why is it your favorite? What are the benefits of the wax you use or like? Please post website addresses for your favorite supplier. Looking for to test several different suppliers and brands of soy wax. Prefer 100% soy or one with all natural additives. TIA Chauna

Well I waited overnight or 8 to 10 hours so I don't think I poured to soon. Maybe too hot?

I waited over a day and poured cooler so that it wouldn't bleed. Should I have poured cooler or hotter for the second layer?

Well truthfully I have made one but I redid it because it looked like crap and the colors bled. PM me if you would like to help me. TIA

Won't that cause bleeding? If not, what does cause the bleeding of the colors?
