  1. I was just wondering what types of bears are good for dipping? I know about the First and Main ones but are there any other companies that have manufactured other ones? Where would one get accessories for the bears such as the bags they would go in? Thanks in advance for any help. Chauna
  2. Has anyone here ever made them out of 100% natural wax. Such as beeswax combined with soy or other natural waxes? I want to make them but don't use paraffin. Just wanted to know if it is even possible. To anyone who has made them how did you make your wax harder so they would make good chunks? Hope someone here can help. Thanks, Chauna
  3. Kristine, Pick up a copy of Country Sampler and browse through it. You may get some more ideas from it. Great book to get ideas from. Chauna
  4. LOL Yes just put new stuffing in them, sew them back up and they will be like new. Just a suggestion so she/he could use them and not have wasted their money.
  5. Instead of having your bears sit on the shelf because you can't use them why not cut them open LOL and take the beads out and fill them with cotton or something that you can use to refill them. Maybe then you can use them for dipping. Just a suggestion so you are using them. Chauna
  6. Heather, Thanks for replying. I have a few questions for you. How much beeswax do you add to your soy wax what are the measurements? Second question what temp do you bring your wax to add add fo and color, what do you pour at? Thanks for your help. Chauna
  7. Where do you purchase your bears from? I think I may start scenting bears in the future and would like a good place to purchase them from. Thanks for you help.
  8. Does Gateway Food Products have a website? Thanks to everyone who replied. I am now compiling a list of who has the wax and saving it to my computer. Does anyone here use the wax? Which one if you do? Do you like it? How does it hold up with the candle? Any wet or white spots? How is the Scent throw? Give me any info that can be useful to me when deciding if I want to try the product. Thanks again!
  9. Does anyone know of any companies that sell this type of wax besides Peak's and Millcreek? I am very interested in comparing prices from any company that sells the wax. Thanks.
