  1. I just wanted to say Thanks for the bath Melt recipe I made my second batch today in swirly chocolate molds today and they turned out perfect I love them... If anyone you know has egzema tell them to try these these, work wonders for mine Thanks again Jenn for Canada:highfive:
  2. I'm in New Brunswick and the closest is Ontario for me as well We should start up a candle b&b suppy business to support our addictions:D
  3. I use pantyhose and rubbed them out it seems to work for me I use color made for soap I use Wilton for bath balms and such
  4. I use the Mini muffin tins for mine and they are perfect for shows I use swirl chocolate molds and wrap them in silver candie wrappers and call them bath truffles there a big hit Kudus kudos to Bunnie
  5. I have them in a brown paper bag with a twist tie closer so the don't overpower my booth

  8. I have been using Villagecraftandcandle.com for the past 8 years they are in Ontario I have tried Lynden House and can wx all the same quality but village has the best prices
  9. I give the hostess 10% of the total sales to use towards candles of her choice.. and she gets a Candle for every party booked as well Plus I give a small basket with tarts, soap, Loofah and a tart burner

  11. First off welcome to the world of Candlemaking you will become a addict in no time:p I got that as a gift and it waste a waste of money... If I were you I would start off with a kit from somewhere . I'm sure someone can suggest a good one for you....Good luck
  12. I use square mason jars as well as a more modern style jar so it appeals to the country and the more modern styles out there....I have been making candles for 8 years now and I am always over my budget LOL;)
  13. I charge $2.00 or 3 for $5 and they sell well at my shows I have 26 different ones to choose from.....people seem to like to mix n match them:highfive:

  15. I have colored mine I used Skin safe colors like I use in my soaps I love these and god bles Bunny for sharing
  16. My son's teacher now puts in requests on all occasions for her fav scents Candles and soaps every year the new teacher gets excited to have him in there class... easy gifts
  17. I use whipped wax and it takes awhile but I let it cool and whip with a wisk and let it cool again and do it again and again I've never added anyting Good luck

  20. Hi There, I make these and sometimes I find that it helps if I melt it once and let it cool then re-melt and pour....the first time it desolves the moisture in the soap and when I remelt it the second time it comes out perfect.... If you don't want to do that melt it very slowly...Good Luck:D
