TexasBrat
How long does it take to get a reply about your order and shipping info from Daystar? I placed an order last Sunday and haven't even gotten an order confirmation yet.
adillenal
It's been a while since I ordered anything from Daystar but if my memory serves me, it just showed up on my front porch one day. No notice.
TexasBrat
Thanks. I hadn't ordered again in a long time too. Of course since I asked I now have a delivery email from her. Shouldn't take to long to get here from up there.
Ravens
She usually sends an email to confirm shipping. But with my last order (a couple of weeks ago), I did not receive an email, and the order arrived within a week - I live in NE Texas. bells4shells
I'm in central IA and normally receive orders under a week. She's pretty good with answering emails. I've only had to do it once though. I ordered a couple of weeks ago and got an email confirmation of order and also an email with shipping info a day or two later. Scented
I never get a shipping confirmation, but I figure the order is going to show up in about five or six days. You know, a couple of places have gone this route it seems. I used to get something from WSP and they haven't sent a thing. Not sure about another place where we placed our first order, but it is rather annoying. I like to know when something is expected to arrive and not just be surprised. Candybee
Just thinking this may have to do with the way the shopping cart is set up on the site. When I get an order on my website the customer gets an automated response confirming their order. Then when I ship they also get an automated response for the shipment. If I had to manually send a shipping confirmation out to my customers it would be a pain in the butt. Another thing to remember when you are trying your best to fill an order and get it shipped quickly and efficiently when you are already overworked. Thank gawd for my auto email response system! DayStar Supplies
Good Morning,USPS Click n Ship should automatically generate a notice to your email addy when I print your postage labels... check your spam box? My current turnaround time is 2 days unless I've emailed you about something being out of stock.Thank you!Stacy
TexasBrat
Got it today!!! These are great, dead on dupes of Lush. I went to Lush when I was in NYC and loved all their scents but didn't like their soaps at all b/c they are glycerin so now I can make my own in cp. jeni18
Same problem here. Stacy, maybe the automatic email isn't working from USPS?
jeni18
Got mine today, they all smell fantastic, especially Very Pink (Vera Wang dupe) and China Blossoms (Chinatown dupe).
bells4shells
I used to get something from WSP and they haven't sent a thing. This is a bit off topic, but WSP has the information on their site. You have to log in and look at your orders. It gives updates on if it's still in the warehouse and then packed and out the door. You'll see a link to click on that will take you to UPS website to check the status. I prefer to get an email instead of logging into the website, but I've worked it where I just copy that link when it shows up and then send myself the email. Scented
Yea, I had to figure that one out, but I'm used to getting notifications.
