sharyl55
Been playing with something different for Valentines. The rose is 6228 scented Pink Sugar and the heart is 1260 poured at 260 degrees in a sand mold. The glitter doesn't show up in the picture. So far my testers have burned OK. Will test this one tonight. If I ever get to a sale mode thought the customer could put a tealight where the rose is. Votives are 6228 scented Pink Sugar. Thanks for looking. SatinDucky
What an interesting idea. Those are adorable. Is the heart a floater? Not sure I'm brave enough to mess with sand again...lol

sharyl55
Thanks for your kind words. Made the roses using a blue heart cooking mold from WalMart. Did discover you probably shouldn't mess with glitter in the kitchen. Still wiping glitter off the counter. Still messing with the moisture in the sand and pour temps to limit the amount of sand sticking to the heart. Guess it would float in a big enough bowl. The hearts are about 6" across. Mtngrl
Wow, what a vibrant pink (or would that be a fuscia (sp?) color?
sharyl55
Suppose to be normal pink. For some reason my pink turns into hot pink with the Peak's Pink Sugar FO. I love the unexpecteds that appear when making candles.
