ladysj
I remember seeing on some websites where they offered layaway. I was wondering if anyone here offers this on their website. I would like to see how it is set up or any suggestions on how to do this is greatly appreciated. TIA
Candybee
I can understand layaway offers from big corporations like Walmart and Kmart. But for a small handcrafting biz? I think its better to offer discounts or free shipping.Personally I can't afford to offer layaway on a handmade candle that a customer decides they changed their mind about. Now that would be a nightmare.
EccoLights
We do layaway at our market but not online. Seems like it would be to much work and also agree with Candybee totally. Now if you could word it right and make their "deposit" non refundable after a certain period, I guess that would work.... but again....that's alot of work... =)
