pleasureridgecandles
Does anyone have a blend that they've tried of mixing Orange and Cinnamon? I have a customer that wants this and the only place I've been able to find it (Orange Peel and Cinnamon) is "temp out of stock" so I thought I'd see about mixing my own. I have both of these FO's just don't know the ratio to mix them together. Any help?? Or if you know of another supplier that has something like this?? Thanks!! Candlebuddy
When I mix, I start out testing a 50/50 ratio ... then I tweak it from there.
Candybee
Depends on if they want more orange or more spice. Orange is gonna overpower the cinnamon so I would start out with 25% orange and go up from there.I mix an orange and cranberry and have to use the orange at 1/4 strengh so I mix it at 25% with the cranberry at 75%. mzpickles
In the Fragrance Oil Finder there are lots of Orange Spice/Spiced Orange fos, one from BCS states that it is orange mixed with red hot cinnamon, most of the others have additional spices (clove, etc.). Would something like that work for your client?http://www.fragranceoilfinder.com/catalog/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=orange&sort=1a&page=
