I'm seeing tons of items like this online & see nothing as far as a drug related item as long as I don't make any claims. To say sore muscle stick would be a no no. Call it an arnica stick and you are good. In fact, I've read a lot about "balm" even being disallowed.The descriptions/claims you make on your web site are also illegal, for this product and the others in your "aches & pain relief" section.
