Winter_Willow
has anyone seen them yet? they are mini pie's with the pie crust with embeds. it look slike they are trying to cash in on the country/prim look. I wonder if they will try to trade mark the name Farmers Market.

Jeana
They are already using the TM symbol for "Farmer's Market" part of the name. Those are such common words so it seems weird they would be able to claim exclusive rights to using those words.
OverSoyed
Anything can be a trade mark.... there is a difference between regular TM and ® registered TM
hurleygirl
I have seen these and they were in a closeout store so they must not have been a hit around here anyway, I bought a pack because the were just ridiculously cheap and no scent throw at all, i even put another one in there and nothing and no cold throw at all either
mindy5140
It's a shame, Yankme used to be a great company, I loved their candles. But they got expensive to buy and the candles started becoming cheaply made. They need to rethink their marketing strategies, and start over again with their basic candles. They have to much stuff. Candybee
I can't see getting upset about it. They look crappy and I've seen much better here in our candle gallery. People go for a gimmick once, and if it doesn't deliver forget about it!
