Gemstone soap.

Recommended Posts

The link doesn't show anything for me, but if it's what I'm thinking of, you can make them in plastic cups, layering, tiltling the cups for some layers, using LOTS of mica. After they are finished and the cup torn/cut away, you can carve them with a knife to the shape of natural gemstones.

There are some in this link:

DebScent is right, we are having a gemstone soap demo by Bonnie Bartley, Soapsmith. Her gemstone soaps are so pretty and realistic, I kept looking at the pictures and wondering if they were really soap. Here is a picture with her information, she is the fourth one listed on the right side. Link

I have had quite a few ladies comment how great her classes are so I am really looking forward to it - she is the first demo of the morning!

Yet another reminder how close this gathering is - 42 days!!!
