It's by a Canadian company called K&W Specialties Inc. Nice FO's but expensive!!I was testing this FO in soap for an upcoming Summer Swap I just joined onto. Looks like the FO's a go! This was just a tester to see if it discoloured etc. The white in the soap is where I didn't add FO, so I could tell how much it actually would discolour.
