Swirl Tip For Newbies

Hibiscus

Practice with pancake mix, flour and water, cake mix or whatever you can simulate a somewhat thin to medium trace with. I think it's a good idea to be familiar with your recipe so you will know how much time you have to play. I have added some practice pictures for ya:)

All you need is the above mixture and skewers or chopsticks and food coloring.

Now go swirl something...:P

That made me chuckle... and I needed it.... I'm having a bad day! :(

I can imagine that happening though.... you do something for so long, it takes part in some part of everything else you do. Been there, done that! :tongue2:

Since I've been making soap when I make cakes now I always end up swirling something in it lol. Hubby tells me your not making soap hehehe.

What a great idea! A lot cheaper than making soap!

Exactly! I want to play with my soap more often but I've chosen to leave it mostly plain or layer it every now and then. I think I might make some swirly soapies for my family though:)
