anabanana's candles
I am going to order the bubble wash, bubble bath and lotion base. If anyone has used any of these please let me know how you liked them. I am still stuck on which lotion, so any advice would be great. heirloomoriginals
I use the basic lotion and it is great, especially for the price. I am playing around with their lotion concentrate, just need to get it out to my testers!I used the bubble wash concentrate when I first started, but it was too thick and didn't give very good bubbles for baths, but worked okay for shower gel. I used the body wash for a while but now I am using the suspending shower gel for washes and bubble bath, seems to work good.HTH,Steph

I am playing around with Aquatech's suspending shower gel and it clouded up on me.Thanks!
alevasseur
In this day and age when alot of people want all natural ingredients, does anyone have customers who balk at purchasing these lotion bases?
DonnaPatrick
WSP's Goats Milk & Honey Hand & Body Lotion is my #1 product. I don't know what I'd do if WSP ever stopped selling this stuff! I've tried a few others from other places, but people want this one.
alevasseur
Is it as simple as adding F.O. and bottling or is there more to it?Thanks
crazycacti
Is it as simple as adding F.O. and bottling or is there more to it?ThanksFunny-was following the thread through to ask the same question!I spend a lot of money on BBW lotions and bath washes. Have tried lotions from store but find not as good feeling to me. I would like to toy with making some of my own.If I tried these lotion or cream or bath gel bases-would I just add body safe FO?? or would I need to get some other products to add??TIA
thesoapbox
It's as simple as adding your FO and bottling. You can also add in extra items like butters but you have to be sure to add the extra preservative because the preservative in the bases only covers the base and not anything extra you put in. But you certainly can just add FO and bottle and you certainly can add some extra ingredients.Angi
scentsme
It IS just as easy as that! I'd say to buy a small scale though, to weigh your base & your fragrance oils to make sure you are putting the correct amounts(percentages or weights) in, per the amount of base you are making at a time.
