SatinDucky
I tried the tan one first since it was already made and just sitting here. Not good...lol. It actually looks lighter in the pic than it really is. The tan is way too dark for this and all the color kept running to the middle. The second one I made last night so I could try again today. Made with Berts Exotic Teak... man I just love that smell! Anyway...got a little better at getting the colors to the edges but no where near as much as everyone else. Thanks for the instructions Jojo! This is fun
Michi
Those are so cool-I don't see anything wrong with the tan one either! So, when you touch these, you don't get dye on your hands right? I mean the dye is actually in the wax now?I guess I should read the tutorial and find out myself huh? LOL
SatinDucky
You don't use liquid dye, but color shavings or maybe powder if you have it. So it melts onto the base. All nice and dry
Scented
Looks like Tutti Fruitti gum bits. Would like to see one of those lit up and see how it glows.
heirloomoriginals
That second one sure looks exotic! I wish I had time to play with pillars.Steph
SatinDucky
Probably wont get lit until Monday since I'm going into my work weekend, but when I start burning it, I'll post a pic
sharyl55
SD, wasn't it fun. Love the colors you used. If you blot with the paper towel I know you'll get color over the edges. Course you don't want to have to blot as much as I did. LOL Can't wait to make another one.
sassy906
SD I really liked that.
Donita
Very cool. I love the bright colors. How fun is that. Jojo has started something. I'll bet they look gorgeous when they are lit. I've got to give it a try......you can be very creative with colors and design. Donita
Jojo T.
They both look good to me SD - well done. The possibilities are endless with these and each one is so unique. When lit, they will glow and look even more fantastic.
