That's what we do here, post problems and ask if others have been through it and how they fixed it. We look at it as constructive critisizm. We try and take care of any issues. We have a lot of customers that love it. Some containers are different and if the tool sets your wicks to close together or to far apart we can fix that for you. We fix them on a as needed basis. For some they are just right and maybe the tool doesnt fit their container opening we can fix that too. So dont feel like you were bashing us we offer adjusting the tool to different settings as a service to our customers. Candlegurl Posted October 14, 2005 Share Posted October 14, 2005 I was told when I placed my order that if it didn't fit my jar I could send it back with one of my jars and they would fix it to work in my jar. But I haven't gotten that far with it yet. Too busy testing the new jars without securing my wicks to know. To EZ Wick..they have great service!
