comfortscents Posted March 19, 2007 Author Share Posted March 19, 2007 wvcandlecrazy...with the exception of the shoes these soaps are quite large...the dragonfly is almost 6oz, the rose is 4oz and the gerber daisies are 5oz. The victorian boot is 3oz and the heel is of course small. I usually charge $1.00 an oz for my soaps but I'll never get $6.00 for the dragonfly...I can pour it shorter which I may need to do. There are a couple of shabby chic websites that sell my soaps..they will buy them from me wholesale and then resell them on their site..usually they will repackage them and I know that one seller is getting $10.00 ea for my full bloomed rose..I believe I sell it to her at $2.49...I can't control the size of the gerber daisy so that will have to be poured all of the way..but the rose on the round bar I will pour shorter just so I can make $$ from the soaps. comfortscents Posted March 21, 2007 Author Share Posted March 21, 2007 No I purchase all of my molds...I just look all over for them but many of my molds come from Jacki...dartstar on ebay...if I see something that's interesting I will usually buy it...if I don't like it for some reason, I just resell it...sometimes I lose money but if I can't use something I can't use something...
