whiffandsniff
I'm making some for the preschool and I am looking for ideas as to how you all package your tarts. Pictures would be helpful as well as the places you purchase them at.
StacysScentsations(DH)
I pour one ounce of wax right into a foil cupcake wrapper it fills it about half way. let it dry wrap the edges inward and put a round lable on top. there are pics in the galler somewhere. shell1226
I use the tart molds. I package 2 to a 3 x 5 zip close polypropylene bag. Product label on front, warning label on back.
gerrie
I package mine single. I shrink wrap, put the warning on the bottom, and the rest of the info on the top. It's a bit time consuming, but I like the way they look, and once you get the hang of it you can do a lot in no time. Plus I found people like to try "just one" of each. Here's a picture of one of mine. I store them in the little round clear containers, they hold their scent well in there. Hardest part is making sure you have your picture centered in the middle of the circle, which you can see on this one I didn't. I have since fixed the problem
shell1226
See, I like the way they look shrink wrapped. I'll have to try that.
von691
I use 3x4 ziplock bags for my tarts and votives. That way they can mix and match the scents they want
Sag_77
whiffandsniff: I do mine with shrink wrap and then put a band around them with all my info on it. HTHgerrie: I love the way yours are wrapped it looks so professional. I have seen them done that way before except with the top label being larger. It wrapped around the top edges a bit, what size circle is yours?
gerrie
sag, my labels for my tarts are 1 1/2". HTH
RustyTN
Gerrie - those look absolutely awesome! If you don't mind my asking, how do you shrink wrap yours? I want to start shrink wrapping mine and I'm "picking brains" researching.
Guest EMercier
I like the way those are wrapped. Very professional. Looks like yankee. Actually looks better becuse it's done by you and not massed produced!
