We also buy from Nature's Garden and I've never had a problem with anything I've purchase. Their customer service and prices are great!

I had to chime in as I saw traffic coming in from this thread. I've been calling them shooters since 2005. The reason why I call them shooters because if you look at them they look at colorful wax jello shots in the cups. I also call them something other then shooters because Yankee has trademarked the word tart and I don't want a cease and desist letter like many people have had sent to them. They only weigh about .8 ounces too and that's why I only charge $1.00. I have a pretty large local following and online following and ship all over the world. I must be doing something right!

Well, I tried to talk myself into buying BCN's Strawberry Jam again today but even the 16oz bottle with shipping is 24 bucks to WA. I just can't get myself to order it when I haven't even smelled it. Can anyone spare a sample that I can test? I'll pay!!

Yikes, it's almost $9 to ship a 1oz sample to me. That can't be right, right? Would anyone let me purchase a sample from them?

Anyone know what happened to the oil? I just sent an email and hopefully I can find out if it's been removed from the site or what. If it's gone does one know where I could find one comparable? I haven't found a strawberry jam like this one and I'm crushed that it's most likely gone!

Whoa this is all too strange. I am also getting calls and emails from Vista Print suddenly.

My fiance works for UPS and delivers. They have like 30 trucks and during the holiday season have to rent trucks as well. On normal days he delivers like 150 packages. Friday he had 305 stops. He worked from 3 a.m. until 8:30 last night. I couldn't believe it. Talk about overtime!

I had someone pm me the phone number that was used when tradewinds registered their site and that number was also not working. I just tried calling the number on their site and it's like a fax number. I don't know what else to do. I'm actually hearing from people who ordered on Sunday and already got their orders. I don't get it! I'm so pissed off. Nothing like this has ever happened to me.

Could you get the contact info? I am now waiting to hear back from paypal about my claim. I'm sure TW's knows that I have a problem and they haven't responded to the claim either. I'm so mad!
