eugenia
Can somebody tell me the different ways to preheat the pour pot?Totally unnecessary; truthfully I've never even contemplated pre-heating my pour pot as it is a vessel for the wax to cool after mixing. manda
HI, Im a newbie at candle making and have just found out im doing yet another thing wrong. I have been pouring my wax straight into my mould from the pot that i melted the wax in. I do tend to let it set for a few minutes befor pouring. Is this wrong and why? As Candle Making Momma asked " What is the purpose of heating the pour pot?

Anna
I preheat my pour pots when I transfer my wax from the turknsurf to the pour pot.If I didn't it would cool the wax down to much to mix the fo.
