It does smell lemony.I do not know if the Lemon Verbena is more lemony or if it works in soy or not.I did use BCN Verbena Berry in EZ soy and it has great cold/hot throw. Lemon Verbena is definitely more "lemony", but I think they are both great scents for a kitchen.
