I recently made a batch with this FO and I have to say that it smells soooooo good while it is burning and the cold throw is great too. I cannot put my finger on it but I tell my customers that it smells like a man's cologne. Fern Posted November 8, 2006 Share Posted November 8, 2006 I'm in love with Cool Citrus Basil as well, but I don't think that it smells like men's cologne at all. It's a very fresh, citrus, herbal type scent to me. Must be the supplier your buying from. If you smelled Bath and Body Works version of it, it probably wouldn't smell the same.
